This place is a joke. They don't know what they're doing and are horrible communicators.

Terrible service. This company employs scammers who just stole my car!
The car was sent to Europe, but the name of the recipient was changed to the name of their accomplice. I just couldn't pick up the car !!!
And I'm not alone, I learned that about 50 people were injured.
In no case cooperate with them !!!

Первый и последний раз я на этом ярде! Надо ждать полдня, чтобы разгрузить с трейлера одну машину. Водитель форклифта работает как черепаха!!! Блокирует проезд и занимается перестановкой автомобилей на ярде, не принимая во внимание, что уже собралось порядка 8 траков с машинами... и люди ждут по несколько часов на одном месте. Не мешало бы в руководству сделать разгрузку по предварительной записи. Чтобы какждая транспортная компания имела своё время. У меня ощущение, жду и грузы свои они отправляют также. Сервис на высшем уровне!!!

Stay away from this company! Don’t do any business with them ! They’re liars, they even don’t care about their business reputation.
The customer service is terrible ,I was put on hold for couple minutes just because the guy who answered the phone needed to move his car...What? Really? He didn’t care at all about the situation.And this is what happened:
I sent a Christmas gifts to my mom on 12.19 .18. obviously I wrote down on the box my moms address, but my package was delivered to wrong city and address on 01.07 ! The woman , who got it by mistake still keeping my package which even not belongs to her and as i know she already opened it! How we supposed to know that everything is still in a box like it was sent? I asked them to take my package from that woman and deliver it to my mom , but nothing yet... That persons package was lost so she’s holding mine as a hostage until will get hers ! Hopefully she’s not enjoying the candies and not wearing my moms clothes. This is the first and LAST time I do business with Baltic!!! They suck , no responsibility, no respect to customers!

Stay away from them. I paid for shipping to home they send only to port and I have to pay additional $700 not good place to do buissness

It has been six months since I used Baltic Shipping to send box of gifts to family and I keep hearing the same story over and over again about customs halted the container and has to be shipped to another port. There customer service is horrible if non-existent at all. If there is a problem they will talk down to you and act as if you don't matter to the success of their business. If they can't ship a small box of gifts then I would for sure not trust them with something as big as a car.
