It was my first time organizing surface shipping from manufacturers in China. I chose Aver from recommendations on Freightos and was very glad I did. John and Ross were very patient and soon put right my errors in the initial form-filling. They dealt with possible hitches (the manufacturers not forwarding the required release notifications at the right time etc) and everything went smoothly in the end. Many thanks to all involved.

I am very happy with the service I received from Aver logistics. I was regularly kept up to date on my shipping and the progress without having to chase anyone. Anything that was required from myself was immediately brought to my attention to make sure I was not charged anything extra.
Furthermore my palette arrived in great condition. I have seen many people get their delivery in pretty poor conditions where some boxes have been ripped etc but my delivery came in perfect condition. Not a single box was damaged.
