Recent experience of relocating to Kuala Lumpur from bangalore, India
1. They give a quote for one airline Air asia but gave a reason that there is space issue and cannot ship through that and ship through Malaysian Airlines
2. They handled the bags very shabbily. They had not wrapped the baggages after customs clearance. No address on the baggage of the customer. Only Awb was stuck.
3. Cost between Airasia and Malaysian Airlines is different. Hence they cheated me and made money in that also.
4. Now, one suitcase with clothes worth 1.5lakhs is not to be found.
5. Malaysian airlines say, they have not received it in Kuala Lumpur. But Atlas says, it is sent from bangalore. So, there is no accountability.
6. Worst is, there is no insurance. So claim I suppose is 10000 for missing baggage as per the rule.
7. All in all, i spent INR 20000 to send my goods through Atlas trusting their service. But lost 1.5 laks worth of my stuff. And they are audacious to say the claim can be INR 10000.
8. Person who collected the luggage said that he ran out of bill book and asked me to pay based on the whatsapp screen shot that he sent after taking thr luggage. He collected the cash the next day and said he will send the softcopy bill which till date he has not sent to me. His Name is Srikanth.
9. Had locked the suitcase and he asked me to handover one key which was done. And that was kept in the top zipper in the suitcase after customs clearance. He has not even wrapped it after customs clearance.
10. Not sure of why did I pay INR 20000 to them. Just picking up from my home to mishandle and lose my luggage i suppose that i paid 20k.

Now, I am running pillar to post searching for my suitcase with no hope. It has been 2 weeks since this incident happened. Beware before hiring them. Don’t trust anything they say. I have made a mistake already.
