We hired a Mercedes truck and unfortunately it broke down, however the quick response by Arthur Springs sending out Jordan was very good service. Jordan couldn't do enough, he is a credit to the company.

This place is a Mercedes dealer I only went there to do a job. They do mot on lorry it a repair dealership.Not much to tell really

Well organized and friendly.

For their drivers reckless behaviour. This guy almost killed us and our little one in September 2019 on M1 northbound, by suddenly changing lane within less than 5m in front of us, at a lower speed, forcing me to suddenly brake and almost be crushed by the lorry behind. The management just swept everything under the carpet.
