- Although Araz Group's website is user-friendly, the lack of a customer portal for tracking cargo can be an inconvenience for many customers who value real-time information.
- The company could increase its network coverage to encompass more countries and global regions, thereby catering to a broader customer base.
- Finally, an added range of specialty services, such as cold chain logistics or hazardous material handling, could grow their client base.

As a whole, Araz Group scores high as a reliable freight forwarding company. Its extensive range of services, impeccable customer service, and impressive international network more than adequately compensate for the minor areas for improvement. Being at the forefront of technological trends and sector-specific services will undeniably reinforce their position in the market.
