    The absolute and definitively THE WORST company, not just courier company just as a whole company - the WORST!!! Just for them there should be a zero star option!! Customer “service”, “tracking” info, website, WhatsApp bot all COMPLETELY USELESS!!! still waiting for a shipment that was supposed to arrive on the 29 - it sat in their warehouse from destination for a week for absolutely no reason and still no info updates on their site - it’s almost impossible to speak to a human being and once you do you have to spend all your time chasing them - they don’t do what they say they will no one calls you back when they say they will and packages don’t arrive anywhere NEAR the time they’re supposed to. WORST COURIER COMPANY IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!

    Aramex courier picked the wrong shipment, which was supposed to be picked by DHL, and I have contacted them to return it as it was supposed returned to DHL to get my refund, however Aramex keeps repeating we are investigating and will get back to you, in their emails and on the phone, it’s has been more than 3 and a half months, the item is not returned, my full refund is cancelled by the vendor, and till now they did not get back to me.

    I made this email just to give this advise, look for another courier as this is the worst by far.

    مجلس ادارة ارامكس ممكن تلقون نظرة بضمير وحس آدمي ومسؤولية وظيفية على ادارتكم في السعودية وطريقة تعيينها لبعض الموظفين اللي يسيئون للشركة ويتسببون بنفور الزبائن منها ؟
    المنافسين كثر والبقاء لمن يبي شراكة متينه مع عملائه لا ان يجلب متسكعي الشوارع ويوظفهم للمشاجرات مع العملاء واهانتهم !

    Very difficult to do business with: shipping issues can only be resolved by email, so that sometimes takes weeks. Very frustrating experience. I guess all these reviews tell the story.

    Service level fell in the last few months. They never deliver on time and very poor customer service. Courier guy just shows up at your door for delivery without notice. This is the 3rd day i haven't received my passport from vfs:
    The first day i waited all day and they only came at 8:30pm after i had left the house.
    I complained that he came very late and asked that the driver calls me at least an hour before. Customer service send me generic message that my package will be delivered same day, and mark my complaint as resolved in the system.
    This is the third day now, i asked that the package be delivered between 9am and 2pm. It's almost 4pm now and still bo delivery.
    I wasted another full day waiting at home .

    So bad. Since 11 January 2022 until 15 January my shipment wasn’t gone from UAE DUBAI Um Ramoul. I ask return my shipment back to me. I will use EMIRAT post group. Aramex ask for repackage extra 450 AED I have to pay. I said send to me back without repackage and I will not pay. My shipment not moving not to me and not to abroad. I wasn’t waiting like this service. Very sad. Thank you for your service and experience.

    I have never seen such terrible service.
    - request placed on 9/1, for a pickup to take place on 10/1
    - on 10/1 Morning , I noticed aramex messed up the pickup location despite me picking it from maps
    -I call emmediatly, the agent Yazan, said he fixed the address, however he mistakenly pushed the pickup date to 11/1 !!! And I never knew about it
    Therefore, no pickup, as requested and paid, on 10/1
    -11/1 morning, I call to understand what happened and was explained the above. I clarified the urgency of getting my shipment (a laptop power cable). The Agent, advised the courier will come between 11:30-1:30
    -around 11:45 am I get a call from the courier himself, asking me what is the shipment itself? I said laptop power cable. He said is it big or small?! (!!!!!) I said it’s a regular power cable to charge a laptop. He goes to say , ok like MOBILE PHONE charger ? I said No, it’s a laptop power cable. He says he only pickup documents and small items so if the item is big he has to assign another car. I told him the shipment is within aramex allowed dimensions and weight for small (bike) vehicle. He said ok, I will go, but if it is bigger then I’ll have to assign another car- then he confirmed the address to the last point and hung up.
    - I get push notifications on my phone from aramex mobile app that “you’re next, our courier is on his way…”
    - at 2pm , I get a notification that my shipment has been assigned !!!!
    - no pickup has taken place
    - I call their call center, and was advised that the courier says his bike box has been filled and he couldn’t pick any more items.
    - so he ONLY realizes his box won’t fit a LAPTOP CABLE at 2 pm , after already calling me, and getting notifications that I’m next to get my item picked , only at 2 pm he realized he can’t fit it in!!!!
    - their courier sla states 1 business day, so my time has been wasted for the mistake of an agent, then, for an intentional misleading action of a driver !!!!!

    How can this business be reliable ?!

    If you order anything online, and you see it’ll be sent via aramex, just close the tab and forget about shopping.
    One month waiting for a parcel from the UK, i confirm the date and time of delivery on their whatsapp, the day comes, NO SHOW, i reschedule, the scheduled day NO SHOW again, I travel outside the UAE, I get a call they are at your place, I emailed them to leave it in a branch for me to collect, They confirm it, But they still come to my house while I’m not there, I come back to the UAE, I go to the location written on the app, they say it’s not there its in another branch, I go to that branch thry tell me to wait for few days , more than a month and the products in the parcel are prolly expiring, I can’t wait to see Aramex going out of business

    aramax is really bad service, never ever possible to call them and answer. a lady call me from aramax, speak in Arabic, I asked her to please speak in English, she cut the call. and when she called again in English, she said she cant hear me and cut the call again. i can hear her and i did answer, i think she do it on purpose

    One of the worst services ever experienced with Aramex. Scheduled pick up at 815-915am, no show then rescheduled at 9-11am again no show. Called there customer service told issue escalated wait until 12pm again no show. Notifications on app utterly useless driver on way really???? ReScheduled pick up again at 4-5pm again no show told driver on way called customer service again told escalated wait until 7pm. Why take money first for this type of service my advice is close down as this shows complete incompetence.

    Aramex is not a company but circus.
    If you have a problem you can't reach anyone by e-mail or by phone.
    They lost my cargo 1 month ago and every week they keep telling me that i have to wait one more week.
    Don't use this company.

    I called and request for a cash shipment since i dont have an account registered to the yet. Customer service requested to do it online and so I did with all the required informations including the timing of collections. Since its an international express shipment i am expecting an express service and so as the amount to pay for it.
    Nobody had called and i waited since i book it for the next day .. customer service informed me that they dont have driver to collect the documenta..amd they will try to check for availabale driver.
    I was surprised they ddnt collect it at all..

    Very disappointed customer.

    The totally faulty Whatsapp bot is just another failiure..

    You shouldn't be allowed to practice this business here in UAE, your license should be revoked..

    Had shipment no 31008087364 courier from India on 6th July and till now 19th July not received , Aramx playing with my parcel. CUSTOMER care is also horrible they don't understand simple English and not familiar with the nearby places , I told them Al Amman Street in Dubai , Al Nahda 2 , but they selected Al Amman Street in Abu dhabi and sent parcel Dhabi,

    Don't recommend to share either urgent or normal parcel with Aramex
