    Generally these guys to a pretty good job, but I don't understand why they never seem to know the name of the person the delivery is being sent to. Every time they make a delivery I have to wait for the courier to go back out to their car and find out the person's name on the delivery address. We're not a large office, but in order for a delivery to get to the right person I have to know who that is!

    This company billed my company accidentally. We had used them in the past for delivery of legal documents. On April 5th, I received a call from their accounts receivables dept, Jennifer Eutsey. When speaking with Jennifer initially I advised her it was a mistake and she refused to listen, so I had her send me the invoice. It was clearly misbilled and had the correct company's company name and owner's name listed. I reached out to the correct company who then followed up with Apple.

    I was again sent the invoice 2 weeks later and reached out to Jennifer to advise of their error. She was rude and refused to listen to me, then hung up on me when I told her to verify the information from their order/invoice.

    I will ensure our company and all companies we work with never use this company again. Super unprofessional.

    Great service, prompt and reasonable prices. Sometimes I wonder how they can afford to drive all over the place in the difficult Atlanta traffic and still make a reasonable profit, but I'm glad they do. Web site could use an overhaul, but it gets the job done. Recommended.

    We've been using Apple for a couple years now and they are terrific. They are easy to work with (online or phone reservations) and reliable. I highly recommend Apple Courier

    Rude! The lady didn't even answer the phone with a good attitude, and I tried to give her both my company name and my name and she just kept saying she needed an account number or name to look me up. She could have tried both!

    This CLEARLY is the worst logistics company in the world! they were supposed to deliver a paycheck and the courier took it upon himself to put the package in the total wrong box. several days later when i called the courier was extremely rude. he told me to "shut up and listen " several times. very rude to the core. The courier yelled at me and the property maange at my residence. He insisted he had done nothing wrong. After hours of trying to deal with a very aggressive and angry courier it was CLEAR. THE COURIER had made a mistake. its been 6 day. still no paycheck. He went back to the property to try to find the check. GONE!! Please dont hire this incompetent company. they will cost you time and money, all while inconveniencing you. And they have no way to compesate. WORST SERVICE EVER!

    Yes i worked for them many times.and they dont do xriver or costmers bad..drivers they go buy a list of what zone your in if you dont report were your at.and then do get a run in 30 mins you can move but you start at the bottom of the list in the next zone .i worked for them at least 4 driffent times flamily or car problems but i always made at least $500 a week if not more i also wasnt afraid too work late.belive it i was a husler couier and you got take the good with the cheap runs. I did my share of economic.runs worked for 800 flowers too ..i now simi retired driving for marco pizza Roswell.some people cant find address even with gps ..Apple is only 2nd too 1 other company they changed the name. Executive Courier was the number one in my list

    Tamara was a life saver last night, A HUGE LIFE SAVER!!! I can’t stress that enough. Tamara had to wait a very long time for our package to be ready, and then on top of that our customer sent it collect. Southwest Cargo wouldn’t allow me to provide a credit card number over the phone to pay for the shipment. Tamara used her own money to pay for the package and I reimbursed her. This goes above and beyond exceptional customer service!

    I have used David Sholder and Apple for likely 2 years now, and highly recommend them. IMO the best local courier I have found. Deliveries are prompt, handled well, and most importantly.. I don't get complaints from my people.

    All manners of businesses have the occasional issues, but the key is what you do when they do occur. David and Apple step up, handle the issue, and move on. Just what we expect but so often what businesses don't deliver on.

    Well done Apple. David.. thank you for the exceptional service day in and day out.

    Unprofessional, lazy, slow, group of liars working at this company! They keep posting job ads claiming to pay $600-$1,100 a week. But you are lucky if you get a $200 a week paycheck. THEN they take out $25 a week just to use their app! The dispatchers play favorites with the couriers. If they like you, you get more deliveries with better pay. If they don't like you, they won't even send you a delivery. I don't know how they're still in business, but hopefully not for long!

    I have been using Apple for several years. They are not perfect but they are the best courier around and I have tried them all over the years.

    Have become unreliable. Hours late in picking up and delivering. Doesn't matter Rush Direct or 3 Hour turn around. Call to get ETA information, been given "10 - 25 minutes driver will be there" an hour has passed, package still not picked up. Used to use them all the time.

    Apple Courier is always a pleasure to work with - they are prompt and efficient and make it super easy to get everything squared away with minimal hassle on the part of the customer or person receiving the items. We use them all the time for deliveries in Atlanta.

    Worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life hopefully I don’t have to experience that ever again .they definitely need a management shake up starting with Tim and Alex ending with Jose .company have so much potential it sad and they wonder why they are loosing so much customers and drivers .there about two good dispatcher out the bunch rest of them is bad for Business. The route there going they will be scraping the pot soon for good drivers that are dedicated and good paying clientel..

    First time using Apple and it was a huge fail. Ordered rush service at 1:20 p.m., and did not get delivery until 5:40 p.m. Pick up to delivery locations were under 8 miles apart. No reason given other then they fell behind. Requested a manager call to discuss and no one has reached out.

    Apple Courier to the rescue!!! I had a client that was extremely disappointed with the competitor and switched their delivery service to Apple Courier. They could not be more happy. To know that their time sensitive delivery will arrive as scheduled week after week is priceless. They are easy and friendly to work with!

    I had no problem with this company. I arranged their service from out of the state. They picked the package from one office and deliver it to another (Atlanta metro). Everything was fine: time and service.

    This is a VERY BAD company. There's no guarantee for COD. They will deliver your product and give to customer for free and they will tell you that it's your problem between you and your customer, they have no moral. I recommend go with the big company like Fedex, UPS pay a little bit more but they stand for their pride and trust. They will handle any issue you may have and most importantly COD will be a guaranteed payment. Learn my lesson hard. Lost over $1,000 worth of products because of them. Then they blame on the recipient is the one that steal, not them. (This is the owner of the company stating this)
    P.S- to all the employees that work there. I hope you all see this message. Remember, if they cheat of their customers, what makes you think that they don't cheat on you?

    For the most part, I don't write reviews. On occasion, a company or person goes above and beyond expected and earns my notice. We've been using Apple Courier for a few years now. We aren't their biggest customer by any measure but when we are treated as if we were, that says something!

    The other day I placed an online order for a package pick-up. A short time later I realized I failed to include the special instructions and I was in a panic. I was not able to amend my online order so I crossed my fingers and picked up the phone hoping I could alert someone as to the problem.

    My call was answered by Karuna and she immediately sensed I was panicked. She let me know it wasn't a problem and while I was one the call, I could hear her type in the special instructions. Talk about a sense of relief!!

    The package was picked up and delivered without any issue which more than made my day.

    I appreciate great customer service and felt like we were their most important customer!

    This Apple Courier is a very unethical and poor customer service operation. I have documented evidence on multiple occasions after paying them top pay on a rush direct order, after they accept my order and begin delivery they then veer off course to accept another customer Rush order and deliver that order and then they resume my delivery. When they are delayed they blame Atlanta traffic. I had their driver tell me when pressed that is what their dispatcher made them do even though the driver knew it was wrong.

    We want others to know this scheme when you become a victim if using their services. We have a new great courier in which this has not happended over some 600 Deliveries since no longer using Apple. Of course, this is a review of Apple bad service and not an ad for the new courier service.

    After using Apple Courier for years, in the last six months I have had multiple incidences of late deliveries or worse - never picked up at all. Tried them one last time today. Never picked up. No more.

    Horrible and irresponsible courier. At 1:30 we ordered 2 hour service for extremely time-sensitive documents. Driver called at 4:45 and said he may be able to pick up tomorrow (Saturday!). This isn't the first time they've left us high and dry. Won't be using them again!

    The service was excellent. We had a rush delivery and our old courier could not deliver. A friend recommended Apple. The woman that answered the phone took my order and assured me they could get my package delivered on time. The driver that picked up was on time and very friendly. The package was delivered on time and my customer commented on how professional the courier was. Apple has a new customer I will continue to use Apple for all my delivery needs.

    Awesome Delivery & Service! Apple Courier was called to ADP to get payroll delivered ASAP. Through Atlanta traffic and all, the package was delivered as promised. We have used Apple Courier several times and have always been pleased. They exceed our expectations!

    This business is terrible. I ordered 90 min delivery for a time sensitive delivery. Apparently, the driver forgot. After I called and they realized they forgot, their customer service was terrible. Not the first time. Last time I use this courier!!!

    Our "rush" (so urgent) order that we paid extra for never got picked up. Almost an hour after our boxes were supposed to be picked up from a vendor, the driver was still not there and we had to cancel the courier and pick them up ourselves. They never let us know, we found out when we called them to check the status. No apologies, no explanation, and I had to follow up several times to get a refund. Mind-blowingly terrible service.

    By far the worst courier service in Atlanta. I have used Apple on several occasions and each time the service gets worst. Problems have ranged from them leaving documents with individuals and not getting their names, messing up court filings, and not showing up on time, etc.

    I am currently waiting on a courier for a delivery that I originally received a call about at 4:30. They didn't call to confirm the address of my business until 5:45. We close at 6, which I told them at 4:30 when they called. Around 6 they call to say that they will be a few minutes late. I understand so I agree to wait a few minutes. Around 6:15, I call their offices to inquire approximately when the driver will arrive. The girl who answered, Allison, was incredibly rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She eventually found the order and called to tell me the driver was two blocks away and there was a lot of traffic. I'm still here, and no one has arrived. Would never use their services.
