Andrews Shipping & Forwarding Company Unit 26

I have given 1 star not for the staff in London but for the wasters in Cyprus sent a box over which cost £20 only to just find out the box was picked up today they had opened it which is a first over the years sending boxes every year never happened the stuff was all ov er the place and on top they had charged my son €180 which l think is disgusting if l knew l would never had sent it with andrews shipping who are dealing with idiots in Cyprus seems they charge whatever they want even though l was told overhere he wouldn't pay more than €50..
There are other companies to send boxes over to Cyprus l am fuming..

I was fortunate to have used Andre's Shipping as I have in the passed encountered a great deal of stress and difficulty in sending goods to Cyprus. I found them helpful, professional and courteous at all times. I highly recomend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you value your items. Waited 8 weeks for the stuff to arrive. 3 weeks over scheduled.My 75 inch £2000 Tv was smashed to smithereens. My new king size Tempur mattress which was placed in a green bed sleeve which was ripped open and the mattress topper was black with a horrendous smell. And the cherry on the cake was a red pillow in a box not belonging to me stuffed in my bed sleeve. When presented the situation to Andrew shipping it took 3 weeks to finally get passed onto a company called psaras shipping in Cyprus who Andrew shipping hire to deliver my belongings to my address in Cyprus.who was apparently to blame for the situation, after a further 2 weeks of arguments I was finally offered €200 compensation from psaras shipping. Andrew shipping refused to take any responsibility.

Don't use this company.

Unprofessional service. Added additional charges once the shipment had arrived and it was not door to door. Had to chase to find out where my container was on several occasions with no answer. Beware using this company.

Not happy with the service provided, unprofessional company as they try to add charges not previously agreed on and also do not meet agreed delivery dates. Also, they never call back when they say they will and you need to keep chasing them to get your job done.

Easy to organise shipping with and a great price

They have no control or insurance whatsoever. Lost my car's key. €250 to replace. Basically you can get the same level of service using the cheapest shipping agent in UK and save yourself €500-600. Then in a local port just ask a fixer (<€100, there are few of them hanging around) to help you with the paperwork.

By far the worst agents to ship a car, they did not informed about making insurance for the vehicle so I need to pay extra fees to the port, the overcharged me picking the car for a place 13 minutes away from where they are, and best of all the havent loaded my car two times on the ship that was supposed to be loaded, the car stall for 3 weeks plus the time for it to arrive.

Professional service and cheap prices, highly recommended! I used them to ship boxes from UK to Cyprus, and I would definitely use them again!
