I was fortunate to have used Andre's Shipping as I have in the passed encountered a great deal of stress and difficulty in sending goods to Cyprus. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you value your items. Waited 8 weeks for the stuff to arrive. 3 weeks over scheduled.My 75 inch £2000 Tv was smashed to smithereens. My new king size Tempur mattress which was placed in a green bed sleeve which was ripped open and the mattress topper was black with a horrendous smell. And the cherry on the cake was a red pillow in a box not belonging to me stuffed in my bed sleeve. When presented the situation to Andrew shipping it took 3 weeks to finally get passed onto a company called psaras shipping in Cyprus who Andrew shipping hire to deliver my belongings to my address in Cyprus.who was apparently to blame for the situation, after a further 2 weeks of arguments I was finally offered €200 compensation from psaras shipping. Andrew shipping refused to take any responsibility.

Easy to organise shipping with and a great price

They have no control or insurance whatsoever. Lost my car's key. €250 to replace. Basically you can get the same level of service using the cheapest shipping agent in UK and save yourself €500-600. Then in a local port just ask a fixer (<€100, there are few of them hanging around) to help you with the paperwork.

By far the worst agents to ship a car, they did not informed about making insurance for the vehicle so I need to pay extra fees to the port, the overcharged me picking the car for a place 13 minutes away from where they are, and best of all the havent loaded my car two times on the ship that was supposed to be loaded, the car stall for 3 weeks plus the time for it to arrive.

We have been dealing with Andrews Shipping for over 30 years now. All we can say about them is they are excellent.
