    Item collected from auction house nearly a week ago and still not posted. Gave me 3 quotes for the same parcel, quotes very different. I think they just pluck a number from the air and hope you accept. Terrible experience

    Regardless of the negative comments on this company I will say my experience at the basic level such has customer service has been great even when they couldn't assist in my request Mary was extremely helpful and also kept her word when she said she would get back to me later in the day. At one moment I thought it wasnt going to happen but just as she promised by the end of the working day she sent an email reply back telling me the. situation

    All I will say is this is a co.pany I would definitely trust in dealing with my shipping in the future. The communication has been outstanding. May Alban employ more individuals like Mary.

    ATTENTION !!!, after shipment
    very long times, very questionable packaging,
    very expensive price: but above all the package arrived not with Alban Shipping but with DHL.
    Next time I will use DHL absolutely cheaper more professional fast and with free packing. It is not clear why to pay so dearly if they then use another courier.
    The forwarder Alban Shippin was recommended to us by the auction house WOLLEY & WALLIS (never found such an incorrect English auction house !!). We have been waiting for 8 months for the authenticity of the purchased lot absolutely necessary and included in the lot price! We will take legal action!
    AWAY FROM BOTH EXPERIENCE TO CANCEL !!
    ESPECIALLY THE AUCTION HOUSE !!!

    I have been using Alban Shipping to pickup/pack, crate & ship all my antique

    Shipped a painting with Alban (booking 9241). It took longer than expected, and poor communication. I was promised collection a couple of times that didn't happen, I had to chase. Felt like a bit of a black hole. Please think about giving a reliable and reasonable timeframe on booking (or don't take the booking), and update customers if it changes. On the plus side the painting did eventually get here and was properly packaged and safely delivered.

    Verzenden van het parket duurde langer dan 6 weken door een fout duurde het verzenden erg lang waardoor de kosten erg hoog waren. Geen oplossing geboden. Zal nooit meer voor deze verzender kiezen

    Shipping was handled very professionally. They sent a very large framed oil painting from the UK to the US in a crate packed excellently for a reasonable price. I'm very happy and would definitely use their service again. I can't recommend them enough honestly as I've dealt with literally over a hundred shippers when buying art over time and they were by far one of the best.

    I sent 15 art prints to my family and 12 of them got scratched. After three months negotiating with the company (dozens of emails), they only agreed to cover the basic cost to reprint the work (at first they only agreed to cover half of the cost even though I bought insurance). They refused to refund my shipping fee in despite of the unqualified service. Very frustrating experience, I have to reprint my works and resent them. And I paid very high custom import fees.     All I can say say is what a great service Alban Shipping have provided for me. They arranged some art to be shipped to me on time and with complete professionalism. The lady I spoke to made it very easy to arrange and everything arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. I will be using them in the future.

    The worst shipping company ever I have used ! Two weeks delay and without a reason. When I called the customer service, they alway said would call me back which they never did. Try to avoid this company.

    I asked this company for the loading of a grand piano on my van. In several email contacts I clearly described the work (accompanying it with many photos) that had to be done with the help of some of my equipment and that I only drove the van. They proposed me a correct estimate and came with a truck equipped with tail lift for easy loading. But I'm sorry to say that the two men of the company behaved as if the operation should have been "my job", as if I were a piano carrier worker, even with unpleasant attitudes. They also didn't give me the invoice.
