The experience with this company was a total nightmare as a whole,
I'll list the good and bad:
Pros:
1- They came on time.
2- They didn't damage anything.
Cons:
1- They actually will make up anything just to charge you more, once they get half of your stuff in their truck. They had me pay extra because they claimed that my flat is in the 3rd floor, although it is on the first floor. They could lie with a plain face!
2- They absolutely trashed the place when they left, garbage all over my main door and they didn't even close the door at night and left it wide open.
3- You cannot talk to their manager, because he doesn't want to talk to customers at all, and the other staff can't even answer simple questions.

We tried them and they were bad, tried them again but they were really disappointed. Unprofessional, unreliable, zero discipline, no communication skills (in fact no communication at all) and above all that they charged us abig sum of money for no apparent reason. Never will we ever deal with them or recommend them to anyone.
