Cargo sent from Saudi Arabia 5 months back but haven't received it yet. They say that the cargo has reached Mumbai but have clearance problem. These people refuse to answer calls and if at all they answer, they just say that you'll start getting it by next week. But this next week has never come yet. Fraud people and Fraud agency!!
