I was shipping an OLed TV to Canada , they assured me that it's will be treated as a fragile and ofcourse it will arrive safe and sound of course it had arrived broken and not functioning and when I returned back to them they said you didn't pay an insurance for the cargo then why I'm paying all this lots of money if you are not responsible for any damage it's just a cunning way to take more money from the client, I'm really very disappointed

OVER A YEAR TO GET MY GOODS AND MISSING CRATES!!!! My household goods were picked up in Dubai in Jan 2021. They arrived to the states over a year later and missing crates with irreplaceable art work. It's been two months and they have not even acknowledged my claim even though the proof of delivery clearly states not all pieces were received. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR HOUSE HOLD GOODS TO ARRIVE!!!!

i sent a product and i paid 375 dhs for the shipping however it got returned to my house and the product was not sent. and whenever i called they ask for my information to do the refund however no money was returned and i’ve been told i will be called back in regards to this matter but i have not received any calls. i am very disappointed and upset. i will not be using their services again as well as i will be informing people around me about this experience.

The worst experience shipping my car with them, I shipped my car beginning of June and I just received the car October 25 in a completely different city where I had to fly stay in a hotel etc..TWICE all expenses paid from my pocket. Car was on hold for over a month when it arrived because aeon had trouble paying the fees for some other container. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER

Do not believe the time frames they give. I was told 3Days to export a vehicle from Dubai - Riyadh. Its take 10hrs to drive the same distance. I've been waiting for 16 days and still no sight of the vehicle. Vehicle has not even left the uae yet. Insurance, make sure you clarify this as non of them says a word about Insurance because they don't provide Insurance and it should be bought separately through them at 10% of the shipping charges. Ive not met a more incompetent outfit with daily excuses, truly a case of the blind leading the blind with the inexperienced in charge.

I stored my youngtimer/classic car with AEON Shipping over summer for 1 month. When I came back and collected my car, all seemed fine. However when I got home, it turned out there was damage to my doorlock (which certainly wasn't there when i dropped it off, and didn't happen on my way home either). The cost of repair is 4 times that of the monthly storage. AEON refused to accept any responsibility and played dumb, which is highly frustrating given i know they are lying.

I was unable to get in touch with any senior management: their org structure is opaque and they won't even say who actually runs or owns the company. In short, your complaints go nowhere and the people running the show are hiding. I dealt with numerous people at the company at different stages: churn is high, they don't answer your calls (or even block my number) and then pass you onto another person when they don't know what to do.

Don't fall for this company. A lot of the positive reviews seem bought as well, these are fakes.

Aeon Shipping had managed the transport of two cars for me and I am very satisfied.
There were no problems during transport, it's perfect and I thank them for it.

Aeon Shipping handled the Dubai end of my Porsche 997 export out of Dubai. The work was done very well, the car was safely transported to Felixstowe and I was kept updated as to its movements throughout the transit, despite there being substantial shipping delays due to the ongoing Covid related transport situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rayan and his team for any vehicle shipping requirements.

AVOID entering an agreement with this company at all costs - Aeon shipping is NOT to be trusted, and use unethical practices.

Incredibly, my goods have been held hostage by this company at their facility while they seek extortionate additional charges that were not agreed upon.

As if that was not bad enough, their packing methods are lackluster, and their trucks are unsafe, old, and open - so be prepared for your goods to either be damaged or lost - if you manage to recover them at all.

I had the worst experience of my life with Aeon. They apparently had good reviews online which made me fall for them unfortunately it ended up as a tormenting experience. I handed over my goods to them at the end of January 2021 to be shipped to Canada from Dubai by paying the whole amount in advance and believe it or not, I have not received the goods yet at the time of writing (September 21, 2021) which is well over 8 months. Even though they promised the arrival maximum by May, it got shipped only in the month of May. During this time, they were hardly reachable to find the status of my shipment. And finally, when the goods arrived in Canada in August, they demanded a huge sum of money way more than what I paid for the shipping and insurance to get my goods released from Toronto. They claim that the container had to go through CBSA examination and when the customs found out the wood used for lashing the boxes were non-compliant with Canada shipping standards, they had to dispose and use new wood to get their approval. Now, Aeon is after me to pay the price and I refused to pay as wood used for lashing is completely their responsibility and they should be accountable for the non-compliance. If you value your money and time, it will be wise to not choose this company. I will update if ever I get my goods in hand without having to empty my savings and if it comes in good condition! In case the goods are damaged I’m afraid I will have to spend half of my life in terms of time and effort to claim the insurance from them! It’s been over 2 weeks since they have replied for my last e-mail, and they do not want to respond!!

My experience with AEON SHIPPING was satisfactory, the prices at no additional cost, shipping documents received quickly, customer service availability at all times and the little bonus my container arrived at its destination 6 days in advance.

We shipped household goods from Abu Dhabi to Morocco. The initial quote we received did go up towards the end because we needed an extra container. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure an Aeon Shipping agent comes to your house and give you a final quotation (don't just send pictures). Use that quotation and check with other companies then make your final decision. From my personal experience I would recommend Aeon Shipping and do business with them again even if I have to pay a little extra but not too much lol ! The custom agent in Morocco was very impressed with the packaging. Special thanks To Kumar, Rayan and Azaan who made the process easier.

Bad experience shipping a car in container. Wrong info before sales (bait and switch), sloppy paperwork causing costs and problems, poor communications (having to ask the same question 5 times before answers), and the handler at destination was incompetent; until the day of delivery nobody knew what was happening at any point.
Shipping was delayed by more than six weeks, and utter frustration.

When I filed a complaint, I never received any response.

Spend a few more dollars at some other firm, and have peace of mind. Most positive reviews are from people that have only ever left 1 or 2 reviews, which makes me think they were bought. Too much went wrong here for this not to be a systemic problem.

Edit: they called within 2 hours of posting this review. Not with any offer to fix things just to ask me to take this review down. Wow.

I WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR LESS THAN 1 STAR!!! Terrible company. Our house hold goods were picked up from our place in January 2021 and still have not left Dubai. It's been six months and the company apparently doesn't ever intend on moving them. I don't get any replies from them but I'm assuming it's due to the high freight prices and they want to wait out the market, which will take years. Shipped a car from Dubai to Oslo, Norway in a 20 foot container . The guys at Aeon shipping were fantastic. Very service minded, easy to get ahold of through WhatsApp and very knowledgeable. There were no hidden charges, I paid a flat rate for shipping and insurance. The container arrived within a week of original schedule which is phenomenal in these COVID-19 times!
