We've been an Acclaim customer for several years, and have always received top-notch service from the Totton team. The warehouse where our printed materials are stored is always so clean and tidy, and any queries we have are always quickly addressed. We're really happy with Acclaim - we can't speak highly enough of them.

Always disappointing to miss a parcel but the staff are friendly and professional making collection easy

We've used a few pallet companies, but really impressed with Acclaim's service. If there ever is an issue, they let us know ASAP and do everything they can to resolve the problem. Fab company.

We were a long term corporate customer of Acclaim. But I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company who had so little customer care, not just when you have big issues to resolve, but those small issues too. We received a very consistently poor service and experience.

Acclaim didn't want to help us resolve our particular issues or try to meet somewhere along the path when a few things arose. It was a strange approach - just silence. It was a loss of an 150k contract this year to them, all over £900 worth of invoicing issues.

Unfortunately due to this unethical approach from Acclaim I would not recommend at all.

if you are after transparency, support and consistent delivery for your growing business tread carefully with Acclaim.

Waited ages for my parcel. Also they were using the customer parking as a loading bay for their lorries so minus points there

From booking in to collection - all members of staff have been incredibly helpful & polite, packages have been delivered on time & in good condition. Prices are very good too.
