No willing to work with their customers. Gave us 1 day option to reciece a container, but we are shut that day so they are going to charge us a fee....but they are unwilling to deliver it before as they are shut for 2 days. We have started using another company for our container shipments

We have goods to send back, however there was no return slip enclosed, therefore we rung your company and have not got a satisfactory answer to our dilemma. We are left with really substandard goods and apparently no way of sending them back. No customer service at all.

They took a long time for my parcel.

My parcel was shipped from India on 15/03/21.today 22/03 at 12:36 I returned from work and I found my parcel left at the door. Our driveway is wide open and no walls on side or covered area, item’s worth is priceless, felt very frustrated. I phoned Indian agent and complained about poor delivery service then I phoned to A.J worldwide service office in west Drayton. Lady on the phone without even asking delivery postcode or parcel tracking number she said I know which driver you are talking about when I explained everything to her!! I said it’s not professional to leave items outside the door without informing the customer, there wasn’t Any text or email regarding the delivery is being attempted today there was no information about the parcel is being left outside I told the lady I’m not happy with your customer service, she replied there’s nothing to do with the customer service please do not use this company for this career services for any of your items because drivers as well as receptionist all our careless unprofessional useless people sitting there

Wrong item delivered. Going through PayPal Resolution centre where they kept increasing their refund offer in $2 increments. Now told to return goods to a Chinese address written in Chinese script and they will refund my $53.98. Having now investigated AJ Worlwide Services where the item was sent from it would appear that this is nothing more than a scam.

I have now asked three times as to how to return an item and have not had a reply. . They will not let you return an item. The quality is rubbish, the colours aren't correct, the sizing is completely wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company was used in a scam through PayPal and eBay where they send you money through PayPal and then email you a fake email fro. PayPal telling you to post the item and the funds will be released once you enter the postage tracking number, all a scam, persons name was Morgan Baker and both name and company have been reported to the police.

It is a worst ever service. They had to send me a courier which was sent from India to Germany. They haven't even delivered it since 2 months. Moreover they have returned it to London and ask me to pay more money to send it again. I have paid enough money already and the entire details regarding address was all correct. They also dont respond well and are very irresponsible. I haven't received my courier, neither to India nor to Germany and they haven't even refunded anything. They don't even respond to the emails and calls well.

I would avoid using this company personally. However, having to use them as they are UK contact for our forwarders.
Customer service is sorely lacking. Communication is poor. They will not answer questions, only make further demands, despite you questioning said demands. They are impatient and charge for every single thing that they possibly can, at exorbitant prices, no less. There is always a team of people in the emails and if you don't reply in under five to ten minutes they start calling. You will receive calls from many, all equally poor at communication (with fake names).
I won't profess to be a master import and exporter, but I would expect the company that is hired for such, would have full knowledge of processes, for which they do not.

They invoiced me for £25 "duty/tax" charge, on top of the cost of shipment but they didnt provide me any breakup or invoice from HMRC.

Very fast service,helpfull and nice staff in the warehouse,not too many parking spaces at the front of the building so you will struggle if you go there to deliver with a truck. Other than that everything is ok.
