We have regular visits from 2mv and they are always a pleasure to deal with.
Today our driver was Sami , of whom we have had before.
Sami is always friendly and extremly courteous, especially to our surrounding business neighbours as our access can sometimes be quite tricky to reverse into , great job :)

Ricky delivered our 3 large pallets of porcelain slabs today. Amazing job in a not easy delivery space. Very helpful and got the job done. Nothing too much trouble. Superstar !!!

I've had the pleasure of interacting with 2mv Logistics on a number of projects over the couple of months and their services have been superb.

Every delivery we have arranged so far has been prompt, reliable, and Fab from their office is always in communication so you know whats going on.

I'd definitely recommend this company.

Arrived on time but then the driver unloaded my toolbox enclosure on a pallet ( 90kg + a pallet) next to my neighbours door, literally on the pavement and said that their job is done (there were two men). I asked if they aren't going to help me get it into my front garden but the response was that's a company company policy...and should I not be happy with them leaving it on the main driveway I should contact the office.
This is beyond unacceptable, especially that I am a woman and there's no way I can carry that all by myself... secondly, what sort of company policy is it to leave stuff on the main road?! This is not the first time this happens as well... beyond unacceptable service!
I am beyond shocked and reconsidering if I should ever buy from this company again...

I had a large pallet of logs delivered today and Nick handled this to perfection, so helpful and managed to get the pallet just where I wanted it. When getting the pallet onto the tail lift I was a little concerned as it only just fitted. I also noticed after that the max capacity of the lift was less than the pallet weight. Given all that a perfect delivery.

No issues, always a good bunch at 2MV. Nothing is too much trouble

8 years on, working in another market, I still benchmark freight forwarders against 2MV. Excellent.

Had the pleasure of Marta (Polish girl) delivering a fridge freezer to our holiday home. It was three days early so she agreed to wait until I got there. Once on-site she helped me not just to the door but inside. Excellent representative for company, and company excellent.

Today youre driver Paul restored my faith in the human race, he delivered my very large pallet of logs, everything would of been a challenge, from reversing into my yard to the pallet truck possibly getting stuck in the mud.but you're driver Paul gave 120% and wudnt be beaten. A massive big thankyou to a very kind genuine and patient person, where nothing wasn't to much in his days work. A real credit too you're company, and extremely rare in today's society, I would highly recommend yr company.

My driver was extremely helpful; I had informed the seller, and couriers office about low bridges, thin muddy track etc but something went wrong - out came a rather tall 18 ton lorry???
The driver (Brian) was so patient, I drove out to meet him, we then did a big detour, squeezed down a lane along very muddy track, reversed down the long track to yard gate perfectly! Then still very polite unloaded my goods ensuring that they would be ok where they were left. All with a smile!
I honestly think I would have been cross if it was not for Brian. I would have been annoyed if I was the driver to be honest. Thank you Brian

If you are involved in an accident with a 2MV Logistics vehicle, make sure you get witnesses and a signed admission of liability. Otherwise, and as I have found out, this company will stitch you up on the insurance claim.

arrived on time but then the driver unloaded his 12 ton vehicle with my shower enclosure on a pallet he then parked it between 2 vehicles on the side of the road making it impossible for any of the 2 vehicles to manouver because the pallet and the enclosure was in the way, driver then said that's it ive done my job,i said you not going to help me to at least get it into the front garden then he came out with all these lame excuses saying if I help you are you going to pay my wages if I hurt myself or what if we drop it I would get the blame he was pretty rude he then got in his vehicle and just left it there under no circumstances would I want a delivery from this company ever again if all the drivers are like this
Do yourselves a big favour advoid this company at all costs if that's company policy.
