We have had consistent poor service from Wine Flow over 6 months. We were being charitable post Covid that they might be going through a tough time, but their performance has been woeful, blaming wineries for their own failings and repeatedly failing to deliver on the right day or to the right address, with no warning when they weren’t showing up. They have now demanded payment of incorrect invoices, holding our wine to ransom until they are paid. We are dealing with the Managing Director, there is no one higher and I can assure you no one lower either. Avoid at all costs.
