The worst customer service, with no response from staff unless contact from customer is made. Had requested them to transfer a transshipment that was in their care since July to the intended person. Found out almost two months later that the shipment was still sitting in their warehouse. When asked why it took so long, they gave working from home as an excuse. Also heard from a friend that their boxes were being opened and stuff was taken from it. I highly do not recommend engaging their services.

Williams and Gosling is the worst freight forwarding company to deal with...Their warehouse officers in Wailekutu, steal stuff that's sent from overseas...They open suitcases, boxes and bags and steal...I do not recommend Williams & Gosling...Shame on you Williams & Gosling.

I had some personal effects sent from Nadi through William & Gosling. They never gave me specific address to where I should've picked up the parcel from. It had been in storage in Sydney freight terminal for 15 days. My sister went 3x to their office in Nadi to get information about where I needed to pick the stuff up...but they never gave the information. So everyday while it was in storage it was accumulating $50per hour fee not including custom fees. So it took them 15 days to disclose the storage address in Sydney. And you do the math. It's a very very bad service. I'm so disgusted with this service..it has caused me stress & disappointment.

I never post bad reviews on companies as I know how detrimental it can be to a business.

In this case and after much thought I have decided it would be worse for me not too as I do not want anyone to endure the experience we have.

We lived in Fiji for a couple of years and due to covid moved back to New Zealand.

We hired William and Gosling in August to ship our stuff back to New Zealand.

We are now almost in February, our shipment has gone missing and Williams and Gosling are impossible to communicate with, most often ignoring all contact.

They are unable to tell us where the stuff is or when it will be delivered.

We are lucky we paid via credit card (as they pushed for a bank deposit) so our insurance on the credit card can investigate them.

Thankfully they are going to take over the painful process of figuring out what is happening.

I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

Save yourself the time, trouble and money and go elsewhere.

With the way things are going we would have been better throwing out around the 5k of shipping costs and all our belongings.

This review is an expression of frustration and disbelief. I've always sent and recieved boxes through William's and Gosling and there has been no hiccup. However, today they gave me the run around and long waiting phone lines.
They directed my call to two other employees who was just as ignorant as the first one. I clearly heard over the phone, one employee asking another to deal with a customer (me). She, named Maria; said yes, but kept me on the phone for 5 mins or so until my credit ran out.

I called back again, the lines where busy! Such a sad customer service provided by employees of William's and Gosling.
