The absolute worst package delivery company in Canadá.. I’ve had packages sent from Minnesota to Winnipeg, one by ups, one by FedEx, UPS… 2 weeks for UPS , FedEx in 24 hours. Both shipments sent with overnight guarantees…
The absolute worst customer service, I was told I would be called back as my package was expedited due to the overnight… my package is currently sitting in their warehouse right now and they will not release, due to THEM using the wrong brokerage service..
The level of incompetence, is unbelievable.. I’ve literally been calling them 5 hours, to get absolutely no where…!
The rudeness of Alex (driver supervisor) should be reprimanded to say the least. Same for the other 2 people I spoke to.
