This is the worst courier company I have ever used. I needed a simple address change. I attempted this through the website but it blocked this option without explaining why. So I emailed them and got a response with new instructions. The instructions were to send them the old and new address and they would sort it. At least 10 emails later, not one response and no change of address. For a courier company to not be able to handle such a basic request, is beyond unfathomable. Never, Never, Never, Never use these idiots again!

pessimo servizio mi inviano mail che mi indicano la consegna non viene fatta il giorno successivo seconda mail che cambia data di consegna non arriva nessuno chiamo mi rispondono che non possono farci nulla mi rispondono che sono passati ma eravamo assenti peccato che il mio negozio apre alle 8.00 e chiude alle 20.00 la risposta se vuole venga lei a milano noi possiamo tra 3 giorni peccato che il pacco serve per una manifestazione di due giorni prima pertanto tutto il materiale non è più utilizzabile

Ho fatto un ordine dal sito della Nike destinando la consegna presso un attività commerciale di Milano per evitare che il corriere non trovasse nessuno in casa.
Bene il giorno che avrebbe dovuto consegnare il pacco mi vedo comparire sulla pagina di tracking dell'ordine che il pacco era arrivato a Taranto!!
Io il giorno dopo sarei dovuta partire per un viaggio turistico per il quale avevo comprato appositamente delle scarpe nuove e comode... ma che non sono arrivate per tempo purtroppo!

Il corriere più inefficiente in Italia. Impossibile contattare le filiali provinciali per sapere quando più o meno passano per le consegne. Operatori del caal center che non sanno se i loro corrieri passano al mattino o al pomeriggio. non si può stare a casa un'intera giornata per aspettare loro e la loro inettitudine. TNT per tutta la vita.
