I spent quite sometime to find a trusted company to ship my car. I worked with Charlie from Crystal Car Shipping to help me ship my car from NC to CA. He was very supportive and everything went well. Price they offer is descent and he tracked my car all the way from pick up to the drop off. Thanks for the good service and I would definitely recommend this company!

There must be thousands of brokers out there that can help someone ship their car but no two are alike. I decided to go with Crystal Car Shipping and worked with Penny. She did a superb job helping me find a reasonable price to ship two of my cars. Even when the first driver came down with an illness and could not perform the job Penny came through and found another driver just in the Nick of time! I’m so happy everything worked out. Penny made it happen.

Crystal Car Shipping I’d use them again Paula was great! She kept communication with me as I was getting my Audi shipped from Texas to Florida my car was delivered safely in 2 days!!! I never had any worries. A small delay, nothing crazy. But overall 10/10 recommend. The price was fair and affordable No hidden fees!!!!

I was really nervous because I had never shipped a vehicle before, and I read a lot of different reviews where people said they had been taken advantage of because they didn't understand the industry. From the very start Penny was transparent about the process. Even when I was the most anxious she was there to reassure me. She came in with a price that was under my budget, and our vehicle was delivered safely and quickly. I would recommend Crystal car shipping, and specifically Penny. I had a great experience.

Stop calling drivers every hour for location.
Stop distracting drivers while they’re driving.
Stop bullying drivers and disturbing with calls from an unorganized team members of yours (especially sleeping time……
You give a location update to a one and the next hour another one will call you asking the same thing.

Excellent performance

I was on the driver on this load. I explained to Josh that we are driving on ELD's. When I got to pick up location, my logbook time was over. Josh threatened me with a report to 411 carrier if I don't pick up the load. Basically he was forcing me to violate the law. I was scared to lose my job, so anyway I checked in to pick up the load, but Josh reported Gold Star Carriers to 411 carrier. After that kind of treatment, I refused to provide any kind of service for this company.

If you are a driver and your respect your self, never haul a load for this company. They think you are a slave and you are forced to do what you are told. This is America and we don't have to forget about our freedom!

Never use this company for business they are not trustworthy at all, they don't speak the truth and is a matter of time before they fall out.. I booked a load with them and they did not pay my driver the amount of money that was agreed to. Driver drove all the way from Dallas ,TX TO New Hampshire ,, be very careful doing business with with them they will burn you ..
