International shipping and Logistics are very frustrating for me to deal with. I used TSC for an LCL shipment on the ocean and used UPS for the much needed expidited product which we air shipped to have in stock. Not only did Ben make sure all the trucking in China to port was on time, it was loaded on time, shipped on time and all the inspection were a non-issue all the way to my warehouse. He also went above and beyond, on the airshipment i used UPS for, when i had a FDA / Customs random hold in the states and no help from UPS he took the reigns, hustled, got it cleared, straighten all out with the FDA all before UPS even knew what needed to be done.

I literally felt the whole time like i was his only concern... thats the type of company Ben runs. Honest, responsive, ontime, responcible and very easy to deal with.
