Getting our items from the US to Kuwait was really simple and quick with Transcrate. They made the process simple and clear, and very quick dealing with the details so I dont have to know everything with the technical requirements. A great logistic company to work with that really helped out with our shipments coming from Europe. The team was professional and courteous and they were very efficient taking care of the airport clearance.

We had a nightmare of a situation in out hands thanks to the logistics company we were dealing with previously , and having an opening days away we were in an impossible situation dealing with Kuwait customs. Luckily we came into contact with Transcrate at the right time and their team went beyond the call of duty to sort out the mess of the other agent and to help us when now one would. Really people who are worth working with and do understand when you want quality and consistency. It's very true, you pay for what you get. And I can't recommend them enough.

Packing up 6 years of life in London and moving back to Kuwait seemed like an easy enough task, with a few boxes and a few bags and I will head home. The reality was different, luckily Transcrate was recommended to me and they had a partner in London who was effecient and very convenient, they packed up my home and things according to my time and it was shipped off to Kuwait and delivered to my home in perfect condition. I took my time unpacking it myself, but they even stored it until I arrived in Kuwait. Can't recommend Transcrate enough.

Shipping off all my items to US made easy by contacting Transcrate. Getting it perfectly packed up and sorting out all the necessary documentation to ship it to the US. And they even stored it in New York while I found the right place and the packer moved it in perfectly when they got in when my place ready. The whole thing couldn't have been smoother.

Update 1: Is this real? I posted about my bad experience with your company 12 mins ago and you responded 8 mins ago. You are telling me that you contacted all your agents in Canada and you couldn’t find any records in 4 mins!!!!!
How professional you are. I collected my things two days ago yet you have no records. This is really hilarious. Would you like me to post everything here?

So, I am not the only one. Others were asked to pay fees that they didn’t know about as well, but mine was a long story. I used them to move my things to Canada.
After we agreed on the price, they collected my stuff. However, I found that the same company offered lower prices for the same destination. When I contacted them, the agent who I dealt with didn’t give any explanation and told me that if I wanted to take my stuff back, I should have paid transportation fees. Since I had no time, I had no choice but to ship with them. I paid everything in advance.
Later, when my things arrived in Canada, I was asked to pay extra 501dollars. I contacted them and I was told that this was the norm and they only ship to Canada.
If this was the normal procedure, why no one in this company told me about it. If I had known about it, I would have never shipped my things with them. So, I don’t recommend them. All kinds of communications with them ( emails and what’s app messages) are kept in case I decide to sue them.

I thought the service they provided was very professional and well priced.
