Do not use Tokyo Freight. I ended up using them as a release agent for a shipment from Australia, and they completely ripped me off and charged me at every opportunity. The services was really poor, unprofessional and completely incompetent. I would give 0 Stars if that was possible.

Quoted me very high price from the start. Shipment arrived in a port other than we agreed and wanted to charge me an additional USD 640.00 to transport it to my port. They breached the agreement we had and put the blame on me. Stopped replying to my mails, GM and Managing Director not answering me either. On top of it all, staff kept making errors in the documentation. Completely incompetent and unprofessional staff. I would suggest avoid dealing with them. complete nightmare.

Any how I had bad experience from customer who not getting support or assistance to do smuggling activities from us. I guess you one of them. TO BE HONEST IN 2 WAYS ONE CAN USE THIS FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY. 1.IF ANYBODY WANTS TO RUIN THEIR OWN BUSINESS THEN ONE CAN TAKE THEIR SERVICE, 2.
