There are two gates. The one on Multan road is closed so you have to take a narrow road (one car only) to the second gate a few feet inside the street. The gate had many TCS trucks leaving so you have to wait for anyone to give you way to enter.
The guard guided us to the customer center. There was no parking outside the customer center with two cars and two bikes filling whatever space was outside the office.
The representative was very prompt. He asked us our consignment number, searched in his system and informed us to wait five minutes. And after five minutes we had our parcel.
Again turning cars is a problem since there is no parking and whatever space they have around buildings is filled by TCS trucks.
Four stars due to limited parking and difficult vehicle movement inside the building boundaries.
