    Communication was sparse concerning processes for booking a quarantine inspection. Not many details were provided and as a result, SGL charged additional charges for rebooking the inspection that the government themselves didn't charge.

    What an awful company to deal with, rude, obnoxious and racist as English is a second language and if you do not speak Cantonese these people shout and scream at you
