We were on 495 and we were going 70 miles an hour in the middle lane and the trucker was tailgating us almost hit our rear bumper was flashing us and flipping us off absolutely horrible drivers. They were harassing me and my family tailgated us for no reason on the road and flashing us. They are literally endangering everyone on the road he was an absolute a****** in the company I'm going to call them now.

AVOID this company, ridiculous service, you will be disappointed if you work with them, disrespect service, not gonna do business again! :))

This is a great place to work

No response about the disrespectful drivers they employ. People want to be able to get home to their families without worrying about being cutoff by idiots driving large trucks.

Plain and simple lied to about appointment time, very unprofessional etiquette on the phone, and after hours emergency line they will just simply put you off and tell you to call at 7am when the main office opens...

AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.

REALLY BAD BROKERS, SO UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY LIED ON THE DELIVER APPT. TIME SO WE DO THE LOAD, AND THEN THEY BLAME IT ON THE DRIVER AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO PAY DETENTION.
IF YOU HAVE CHOICES DO NOT USED THEM, AND IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL A LOAD ON THEM DO NOT FEEL BAD, SMILE !!! THEY DESERVE IT

If you want to work for an excellent Maine company, check out SPC. Very professional team, well maintained equipment, unmatched benefits package, and good pay. If you don't want to work, and are a corner cutter, dont bother. Ths is a professional outfit that rewards professional drivers.

Brokers are terrible, they have no manners and seem to not be so kind to people who dont sound like them (racist) I do not recomend. I believe this company needs to be investigated.

We are a carrier company, and had a very bad experience with this company as a Broker. We booked a load with them, and 2 hours in they canceled it with . Called in to get what in industry is known as TONU (Truck Order Not Used). Was declined initially because they claimed driver did not accept tracking. After we provided proof that none such condition was on their rate confirmation, and we confirmed that their dispatcher knew of our driver being dispatched. Long story short they felt compelled and told us they will send a revised for 18.50$, all that when industry standard for TONU is 200$-350$. Clearly the broker tried to handle business in a very dishonest way, and even tried to pro-rate TONU as if this is something that is done. Stay away from doing business with them if you seek quality business relationships.

Something more to mention: we have been doing business with this Broker since 2013 (as far as records can show), but adding them on DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH and suggesting for others to do the same

Not good for doing businesses with them,communication is big zero even they hung up phone on us when we called them for issues about been 7 hours on deliveries their load

Best paying freight comes from SPC

Having worked for this company for 2 years, I can honestly say what a great groups of hardworking individuals they are. Coming from the communications sector they gave me a chance and mentored me the whole way. To anyone looking for employment or for a trucking company to move your freight you can't go wrong with SPC!

****Worst broker ever***. My truck had a problem and stopped in the middle of the road on hwy 95 on my way to Miami at night while it was storming, I tried and moved it to the nearest love truck stop and they cleared the five codes that were bringing the problem, I informed the broker about the breakdown but she never informed the receiver until last minute and being a Friday they wanted us to stay in Florida until Tuesday since it was labor day on Monday, I finally talked to the receiver and they agreed to unload us on Saturday morning, the broker went a head and reported this:
NO SHOW AND NO CALL
•HELD LOAD HOSTAGE
•BACK SOLICITED SHIPPER
•FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
•UNETHICAL OR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES
Watch out before you pick their loads.
