They used to be good but now Absolutely horrible. Paid $4000 for an air shipment from ATL to DXB and was told it would be 4 working days. It is now 15 days, and it still hasn’t arrived. I could have used a guaranteed 10 day service for $500 less, and obviously should have taken it. This has now taken over twice as long as I was originally told, and I still don’t have my product. They won’t deliver product, won’t issue partial refund, I own my own business, and when you’re paid to do a job, you get it done, or you make it right with the customer. Worst freight forwarder. Never again.

They tell me the 5 days I was told it would take is “just an estimate”. I could have used a guaranteed 7 day service for $234 less, and obviously should have taken it. This has now taken over twice as long as I was originally told, and I still don’t have my product. I could have about walked to Miami by now! They won’t deliver product, won’t issue partial refund, and keep using excuses. I own my own business, and when you’re paid to do a job, you get it done, or you make it right with the customer. Worst LTL company I have used in 15 years. Never again.

We worked with them for our recent move and they're by far the best moving company I have ever worked with. Responsible, respectful, reliable, trustworthy and just all around good people.

Worst service I have ever received, they told me my shipping will arrive in 6 days( by air which is more expensive), it took 11 days, then they sent me an additional bill for an extra 1100 after I paid in full. I won’t lie to say that I was nice when I called them, they simply said it was a mistake.

I've been working with SKY2C for roughly 5-6 years now. I can't even count how many times I've used them for freight shipments. Their rates are comparable to most big box freight companies which is impressive given their size. The advantage they have over larger freight companies is the personable interaction you get and the flexibility they offer. A trend I hope they can maintain as they expand. They also provide a good number of additional services that have saved me in a few situations where the shipper made mistakes in packaging, inventory control, documentation...etc.

Those who are leaving them negative reviews are probably inexperienced shippers who didn't understand the requirements or disciplines needed in order to ship international freight successfully. Companies like SKY2C can only hold your hand up to a certain point until shipments are no longer under their control. Be aware of this and take the time to educate yourself if you are new to services like theirs.

Overall SKY2C has been a great service to me and my colleagues and I plan on continuing to use them in the future. All that aside, I do have one critique though. They could use a better phone answering service or receptionist. :)

They are very helpful and follow up from beginning to end of the shipping process. Always answer the phone quickly and are always helpful by email. I recomend them to many people

Good service ... we received our goods safely on time

They are not pro at all, never will not ship by them anymore, more than 20 days they picked up my packages and still did not shipped even they gave me B/L of shows departed last week!!!
dont work with cheap non pro companies who they have many employee and non of them dose not know their jobs.

We have made agreement on a price and after leaving my things with them for shipment, they have now stated I must pay them more money. They have refused to give me my things and a refund . I just want what we agreed upon, or my money and things.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to deal with Sky 2 C Inc since I was asked to provide notary services. I must add that both Parvathi and Anil are such wonderful and humble people to deal with.
I strongly recommend them, should you wish to carry out business dealings in the future. Who says that good people are extinct?
