12/18/2019, drove from Chatham, VA to this place in a snow storm doing average of 30mph, so the shipping and receiving can tell me that I have no appointment and they have lunch Christmas party so they'll get to me whenever. After trying to reason with them in a most respectful way possible, they call the broker and tell him I was yelling and being rude to them. Unbelievable "Christmas Spirit"..., shame on these people, I hope carma gets to them sooner or later...
