The team at PWS turned around my small-time sea cargo issue in 24 hours and, judging by the tone of their voices, did it all while smiling. From the weekend staffer that took my panicked call and spent the time to understand the urgency to Dean who returned my call during his off-hours to Carrie who saved me $465 in bond charges by turning out paperwork in less than two hours (on a Sunday), I'm left with an overwhelming sense of gratitude to PWS. These people are an anomaly in an age of computer-based call-centers, emotionally-detached staff and "customer last" bureaucracy.
