when contacted, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, and hung up the phone on my face as i was still answering to her request. I have the person in questions details if the management of the company would like to enquire and find a solution, buti will spare her details and the exact details of her rudeness as I still hold a level of professionalism that she obviously does not have and is honestly a bad reflection on the company itself.
