Mrs. Buk was clueless, malinformed, displayed poor communication, and near the end showed poor manners despite her countless mistakes.

I have no doubt other agents are probably much more useful and courteous but when you are making one of the biggest moves of your life costing many thousands of dollars, you expect a certain level of treatment.

I know this is not representative of the service level of polish businesses but I cannot let this entire debacle slide.

Two stars because one of the gentlemen at the warehouse was helpful and mindful of my time, unlike the 'help' I hired to the tune of $50 an hour to stand around and band their pallets.

I am very glad I choose this company to ship my parcel to Europe. It was a pleasure to work from beginning to finish with Magdalena Ogonowski from their team. Magda helped me with all the necessary things and went even more with all the info she gave me. This lady will go the extra mile for a client, which not everybody does.
