Long delays for no reason. Terrible service along with being missed led.

Very disappointed with their service. My delicate cargo was sitting near Canada border for 15 days without any movement on the tracking. Every time I called, I had different answers- one said it's already in Canada and in transit to me on Jan 13th, one said it's coming through Mississauga, one said It's coming through Vancouver... By day 20, I finally learned that it didn't move from their first warehouse at all. Every time I called, they told me to follow up the next day, until they told me that they don't want to communicate with me anymore since I was their customer's customer and it's their company policy. They didn't think of this policy for 10 days they told me to call back to follow up. Anyways, it has been 30 days (their quote was 7 days) and didn't arrive yet. Sender learned that they changed PARS number and never notified the customs. Would discourage anyone thinking about using their services and would specifically tell my shipper not to include this vendor for future shipments.

its more than a month now they picked the load still waiting for delivery. good luck getting ETA

This company has one of the best manager's. We had some problems with the company and the manager personally called and resolved the issue asap. He also promise to personally track our shipment to ensure we get our deliver on time. I will continue to ship with Polaris. Thank you.

Drivers are inexperienced and unprofessional

Was sideswiped by one of the drivers at a stop sign. Some of the most disrespectful I've ever interacted with. Very unprofessional way of handling things and I was disappointed with the way I was down-talked too, just wish there was some sense of respect when handling things

Very poor Service! I have used their services through different brokers and was not impressed at all. They send their driver to pick up even when you cancelled a shipment. They charge high extra fees for about everything. I have the impression that they make their money on all the extra fees that they charge.

the most responsible and efficient trucking company we have come across in the last 30 years. always consistent and friendly. could not ask for more, but on top of this the rates are also the best in the industry. i think you can tell, we really like the Polaris trucking company and all of their staff. this is a real review from a real corporation.

Terrible company, poor customer service when trying to track a shipment, waited two weeks for a response on a shipment that they had lost and had to file a claim that was ignored.
Sad part about the company is the employees that I’ve spoken to seem to be the ones who rate this company 5 stars and call it fantastic.

I was behind one of these guys, at a loves outside of Denver. He was taking his 30 min break in the fuel island, so I couldn't leave. The place was pretty busy too. Is this what you teach your drivers to do?!

good company but dispatcher marc always talking rough on the phone and with anger our dispatcher was upset and had to tell him that is not right

So far so good. Very helpful pickup driver and accommodating. Staff call back quick when I called about pickup and driver showed up when he said he would.

Tracing provided false information for pickup and carrier has lost the freight. Unorganized establishment with employees who do not take action with urgent situations. Competitive pricing, however horrible service - you get what you pay for. Will never again do business with Polaris and I advise you not to.

Poor Customer service. I was on hold for over an hour and got disconnected. Also, the drivers are aking to indicate on a Delivery Receipt that the goods were offloaded by the driver which we though should be any problem, exept we got billed for that. All the driver did is cut the plastic wraping on a skid. What a scam...

Great place to work.

We are a medical supply company. Our products are time & temperature sensitive as well as delicate in nature. Products that we all rely on patient safety and to uphold this strict expectations we have sourced our LTL business to POLARIS and PGL alike. We have used many different companies, but truly few run as efficient as this. We have found that they really do give you personal touch and really take pride in making the best effort they can. What is also appreciated is our custom request, they all try to make sure they are achieved (frieght forwarded, last minute pick-up or delivery changes, please call ahead of time, POD's etc).
Most of our shipments are into the US and into Canada. We also do local shipments as well. Their customs team is well respected at the border and with industry brokers. This was a big plus.
The warehouse staff, friendly, professional and truly respect your time (they want you in and out), we have had many personal requests that other organization flat out said no, but Polaris PGL jump right in and took care of it. They are always in communication with other terminals to get updates.
Even with recent expansions you still have that "family feel" all the while knowing you are dealing with one of the industry leaders in LTL shipping. I would recommend Polaris PGL for you shipping needs.

Had some problems with our existing carrier and gave them a shot. Unfortunately I needed something shipped to BC urgently..they said it was possible. I have tried 3 times to find out where my freight is, finally had someone who knew some info. Still waiting to find out an ETA but as it stands it takes 2.5 weeks to deliver to BC which is unacceptable for someone who expressed a rush need to have a item shipped.
