    Horrible! They didn’t confirm delivery date with me therefore I missed the delivery. Called and called and no one answers the phone or reply to emails. It’s been a couple of days and I still don’t know where is the TV that I purchased. Hopefully by the time I receive it it is not broken.

    Ridiculous, I'm received mixed emails saying my delivery shipped. Then another saying it didn't. Then another saying it did. They DO NOT answer the phone ever. I just want to know where my couch is this is insanity. I spent so much money for this!?! I can't understand why company's would uses such a terrible service. The website doesn't even allow me to schedule a drop off appointment. They ask you for all this information of shipping and tracking numbers to track your package, but the only thing I ever got was a tracking number and apparently that is not enough to find my one order.

    I've never left a 1 star review before. The delivery wasn't a problem. I had some garage cabinets delivered but they were damaged very badly. I have been trying to process a return where I purchased them and they had 3 separate scheduled pickups for the item over the last month with no person every showing up. I have also tried to call them daily over the past month and the phone just rings constantly with no answer. I didn't have a choice in the freight company used but be cautious with them.

    Where's my pickup ??? Do they ever pick up the phone morning or afternoon???? They never answer the phone day or night it's just ridiculous and this location needs to be dissolved. Disappointed in pilot.

    They scheduled delivery for 11/30 needless to say they never showed. No call no email no communication. It is now 12/3 they said they "left a message" where is said message..... maybe they sent smoke signals. I see why this company has poor reviews. Most people are understanding as long as there is COMMUNICATION. If i see anything i order being shipped through pilot in the future i will automatically cancel my order..... after its on the plane.

    Waited for a month and a half for a tool box I ordered and they never delivered and canceled the order . Every time I called and talked to someone I got a different answer about my package

    After reading all the negative reviews, I was a little worried. They didn’t call to schedule a delivery window probably because my item was being delivered to a business but I’m not sure. My item arrived on time on the estimated date of delivery with no damages. The delivery driver was quick and friendly. No complaints here.

    This company had the roof of their building destroyed in the storm but told us there was no damage to our product. We then had a smelly dripping wet rug dropped off on our door steps. I can’t believe a company would even dare to do this to someone, they clearly don’t want to take the blame on the product that was destroyed while in their possession

    I would never use this company to handle any package of mine again. I had a schedule delivery for Friday and I received a call that the truck with my package had to be towed and that it would be here on Monday. After waiting half the day for my package so that I could sign for it, I called to check on the delivery time. I was then told that my package wouldn't arrive until Wednesday and that the representative who called me shouldn't have told me that it would be here on Monday because they didn't have another truck coming this way until Wednesday. She then told me that if I really wanted it I could drive an hour there myself and pick it up. This company is unreliable and the people are very rude! Zero Star...

    Just very rude about simple information that should be given to the customer so the customer is not inconvenienced. When I pushed for information word games were played pretending to not understand direct questions. Poor business practice.

    Would never use them! They had our package for over a week and gave it to another company. Then, reported it as delivered on Friday by 6 pm. The company they gave it to wasn’t even open. Nobody could get ahold of anyone from the other company. So they told us to wait until Monday and call them ourselves. No help at all. Their machine says they pride themselves in fast and safe delivery. Nothing was delivered!

    I ordered a mattress from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered February 5, between 12-3. 3 came around with no word, but at 3:07, we got a call that they "LOST" the mattress. We have no idea where it is, and apparently neither do they, since they sent me to the final delivery person who said that they don't have it. Needless to say, I've cancelled the order and Amazon can deal with the headache.

    Missed call but Pilot left a call back #. Called and someone answered and set up my delivery for the next day. Indicated the driver would call just before delivery between 11 and 3pm which they did. Driver courteous and professional and delivered up to door. Great service.

    They have our tv was suppose to be delivered last week... still haven’t heard anything from them.. I keep calling the giving me the run around it is almost two weeks since I placed my order and they claim it will be next week before I receive my television. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever.

    I ordered a sofa three weeks ago, and since then I have had FIVE scheduled delivery times that have fallen through, i.e. we wait all day and the shipment never arrives. There is little communication between the retailer and Pilot, and the tracking is an illusion. The same is true for the online scheduling. Turns out it was still in CA two-and-a-half weeks after ordering (I'm in Louisiana) because someone misunderstood the state of LA for Los Angeles, which was where it originated! So it sat in Los Angeles all that time waiting for...?? But somehow I was still able to schedule a delivery time online. This has been a maddening experience. It is now finally in the state of LA, but no one has called me to schedule a delivery, and no one in the New Orleans office answers the phone. BTW, the only way I know that it is in New Orleans is because I've been calling the main phone number every day (sometimes waiting two hours to speak to a human). The online "tracking" does not give any information as to the actual location of your item. It means nothing. When I expressed this to the various customer service reps, they were very apologetic and said they have repeatedly reported the problem to supervisors to no effect.

    This company will reach out to you with a delivery date that they picked only to:
    A) not deliver it AT ALL
    B) not even have the item in the delivery date
    C) then push off the delivery to another company
    D) make me still have to wait an additional week for delivery.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

    THIS COMPANY COULDN’T DELIVER ANIMALS TO NOAH!

    I got an email that said will be delivered 01-14-2020 between 8a-6p. The email also stated that there was no need to contact anyone that my delivery is scheduled and someone needs to be home to sign for it. So I waited all day! No delivery. Next day I called and the lady that was super rude tells me they won’t deliver unless I scheduled over the phone and they been trying to contact me. I never got an email other then the scheduled delivery that they didn’t fall through with. The lady tells me I can go pick it up about 25 miles from me or I can wait 5 more freaking days that they can’t deliver any sooner. I’ve already been waiting 15 days. 13 of those days it’s been on delivery. I don’t think I’ll ever get my delivery and I definitely don’t recommend using them! Super slow and customer service is RUDE!!!!!

    Terrible in every way. They don't come during the delivery window, act like it is your fault when they are the ones who are wrong. Terrible. I wouldn't trust them to deliver a freakin' pizza!

    Very unprofessional.... Almost impossible to get in touch with.... I was told my shipment would be in on the 5th so I made arrangements to be home... No delivery and now it's been two days.... During that time I have call 4 times and had to leave 4 messages but no return calls... Sorry excuse for a company...

    My Package has been at the terminal since the first. Although pilot company made an appointment to deliver on the 5th they still have my package and matter-of-factly told me that it will not be delivered until the 9th. This company is slow and the people I spoke to were very disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When ordering in the future I will be sure to NOT buy from a company that uses Pilot Shipping.

    TAKE TO LONG TO DELIVER ONCE MERCHANDISE IS AT GROUND LEVEL,,,, WAITED TOO MANY DAYS AFTER DELIVERY DATE TO RECEIVE MERCHANDISE. MY HOME IS LESS THAN AN HOUR FROM WAREHOUSE.
