Share my disgust with this company..
This company advertised for Qatar recruitment I did an interview became successful. I was given a date to pay 1500 which I paid. I went up to their head office went to counter 16 met with a front worker name Shania she took my information gave me a receipt said someone would contact me within 5 day. This was the 3rd of September on the 23rd September I received an email with a QR Code. No call on the u I received a call from shania saying on Monday I would get an update on my living arrangements etc.
On Tuesday 4th October I received a call stating they are going to refund me. I am to wait on a call on the 7th I received an email stating the same thing on the 10th I received an email with a date carded 12th of January after speaking to a Miss Krystal, Krystal then told me its a number system.
Mind you ppl I know paid way after me got early dates but everytime its getting closer to their days they are being reschedule. I made efforts to call I was told that if an opening occurred o would receive a call. Since then all calls are going unanswered. The website the created for Qatar is down the number the mainly used for WhatsApp messages is not registered to WhatsApp anymore and they are not replying to email.
I want my money I reached out to them on messenger no reply either.
I'm ready to lawyer up if anyone went through this process you can share also

Poor customer service woman here over pricing for clearance of good and now she spiting is by making us wait on paper work while other ppl came after us and leave before us she is to disrespectful and rude

Poor customer service, person answering the phone line was rude and unhelpful. She was unable to assist me so she hung up the phone rather than redirecting my call.
