Pouco espaço para manobras com um veículo pesado,muito tempo para descarregar ,sendo o número de paletes irrisório mais negativa fica a avaliação. Para os de fora são cais móveis , para os da casa fixos, gerando uma grande falta de coordenação no espaço exterior. Espaço reduzido tendo como exclusividade dentro deste mesmo ,o espaço para os camiões da casa. Escusado será dizer que , vindo de outra empresa é um autêntico caos efectuar uma descarga nesta empresa. Muito a melhorar, atenção às casa de banho,cada vez mais casais a tomarem a sua vida como motoristas profissionais. Obrigado e cumprimentos

We found them extremely unreasonable, rude and unprofessional on the last occasion. The email below pretty sums up what you possibly should expect. We do not tend to write reviews for companies, however this experience just forced us to - one really must beware of relying on PML.
"This email is a formal complaint to PML with regards to the unprofessional and unreasonable behaviour/decision making we faced today from PML. We had booked a truck to arrive at our depot for 12pm, and your driver had come an hour prior to the actual time (10:50am to be exact). The booking was confirmed on the 21st of December at 12pm by Ryan. Our colleagues were on the way from London Heathrow specifically for this job, they were running a few minutes late due to traffic (approximately 10-15 minutes), and this information was communicated with Martin (the apparent TRANSPORT OPERATION MANAGER). Martin unprofessionally refused at 11:50 am and unreasonably told the driver to leave at 12 sharp, which we find quite absurd as the booking was for 12 and it would have taken at least 45 minutes to load.
We understand quite well that the frustration had come from the fact that YOUR DRIVER had come more than an hour prior to the booking time! That, we are sorry but are not responsible for nor is our problem. The fact that the frustration was taken out on us as a result. however, is our problem. As from experience, we had YOUR DRIVERS turning up to 2 hours late on different occasions yet we had not raised the issue or dealt with PML or its employees the way we were treated today by Martin, absolutely unprofessional! We in fact observed patience and understanding. He even cut the phone on us while we were on the phone with him, I mean seriously how unprofessional (and lacking of basic manners) can one become?
Furthermore, we had actually been recommending PML to some other businesses who had been asking us for transportation, and from today's experience, by far we were wrong. And this email is also a formal notice, that we will seize all future business with PML. We are absolutely disgusted with Martin and his unreasonability in his decision making. We do not live in a perfect, ideal world. Accidents, incidents, congestion, etc happen in this world, and as a result, will cause delays just like YOUR DRIVERS have been delayed on multiple occasions. I am certain that PML has wise and reasonable people, and I am even more certain that they understand unlike Martin (who seems to be living in his own world). I hope he learns a lesson from this otherwise this will very well cost PML its reputation as well as significant financial loss."
