Best ltl freight company in iowa!

I worked very hard there for a year. When I had to file harassment against a co worker I was told I was safe and they were going to make sure it gets stopped and not have to be worried about again. Then received a call from the owner firing me stating “ it was because it was causing an issue at his company” . I worked hard, had no write up and worked professionally. I highly recommend you steer clear of this place. They will reward the problem and if your the one being bullied you will get fired. I don’t think that being fired for Turing in an employee for harassment is legal…. So do not work or use this company. Very unprofessional.

They never returned my phone calls

Opened the garage today to find a pallet with a heavy box sitting right behind my vehicle. We didn’t order anything - this transfer service dropped it off at our house by mistake. After multiple calls, and transfer after transfer, it’s still sitting there. We can’t pull the vehicle out of the garage. Worst part about it, we were home and no one knocked on the door to say they were delivering something.

Suddenly, their mistake is my problem.

Use to drive for Panama Transfer out of Sioux Falls SD. Majority of trucks and trailers are old and unsafe. The cowboy wannabe at the main terminal in Panama IA in charge of safety. Must have married into the family who owns the place?

Terrible company if you are getting something delivered to your home.

First Experience: Ordered a large vanity and paid extra for “white glove” delivery to get it carried up to our second story bathroom renovation project. I verified it would be delivered to “room of choice within two flights of stairs). I took a half a day off work because we arranged for them to deliver between 8 and noon. They showed up at 3:30PM with one guy to deliver. He wanted to leave it in the driveway even though I paid for it be delivered upstairs. The company refused to carry it up stairs so we sent it back.

Second Experience: We ordered a second (lighter) vanity so I could get some friends to help me get it up the stairs. Got a voicemail to arrange delivery, but when we called back, they couldn’t find the order number. That was yesterday and they said they’d give us a call back when the found it. With no notice, they just delivered the vanity and left it. No notice, no knocking on the door to let us know. The simply left a several thousand dollar vanity sitting out in the snow with it sleeting outside.

As the Warehouse manager i already have allot to deal with and having a company like Panama on our team who knows the business of pick up, and drop off, and customer satisfaction has made my life so much easier. Thank you Hubs for being the best driver we have ever dealt with.

Fast service

Had an engine I bought from ebay delivered there,all I had was a pickup truck,and they loaded it up for me. They have a ramp they drive down,unlike other transfer companies. They did a great job.

they use broken, outdated equipment. the freight is typically damaged or just badly stacked

Very slow

I understand the whole "not my job" concept but when you deliver something when someone isnt home and see the corner of the box is ripped open and there are peices of broken stone falling out why on earth would you deliver it anyway. SMH. Thanks for nothing Dustin.

These drivers are great! Logan, our driver, always goes the extra mile to take care of our needs. Running a small business, it is easy for us to get busy and forget that we have deliveries. Logan figures out how and where to off load the equipment, wrestles it to a safe location, and goes on his merry way without a consideration of receiving a "thank you" for his service.
