I don't know what kind of people are they. They are worst dealing with customers. We booked 5 packages from Saudi Arabia and one package was missing and they refused to be held accountable for it. When we resisted they threatened in exact these words "Receive these or we will take them back and you eill have to receive it from Lahore. Their "door to door" delivery as well is nothing but a sham as they called us a kilometer away from our house to pick up the cargo. It was worst experience ever and I vow to never work/ship with any company that has "Welcome Pakistan Cargo" anywhere slightly involved.
