These guys are out of this world, worth every penny. Initially Jean Paulin came to the house, explained everything about the move. Then they send the right amount of people and trucks for the job. Team had a mix of senior and young energetic people. All of them very fast, professional, courteous, honest and friendly. They moved everything carefully, all furniture items wrapped in blankets etc. They also provide gave free wardrobe drawers (to be returned ofcourse). What a pleasure using them. Well done folks you are the best. No move is easy and without stress, thank you for making this so joyful and stress free for us.

Nous avons engagé cette compagnie dans un processus en trois étapes; déménagement, entreposage pendant un mois, emménagement dans la nouvelle maison. Nous sommes à la première étape. From the initial phone call and estimate to the last box, everyone was polite and courteous taking the time to ensure that I knew what to expect.
The movers arrived on schedule, the truck was clean, they were in uniform and proceeded to protect my floors prior to starting the move. Everyone wore masks and did their utmost to keep their distance.

Très mauvais service :
1- visite d'évaluation, l'évaluateur parlait de sa vie personnelle au lieu de prendre des notes, au final, lors de la réception du devis, le devis était mal complété, surtout au niveau des électros, etc....nous avons donc fait un retour par courriel pour faire ajuster le tout.
2 - Dans les discussions, nous avions convenu que le spa serait transporté (car il s'agit d'un petit modèle transportable 6pi de diamètre et roulable à deux personnes). Malheureusement, nous avons omis de le faire clarifier par écrit dans notre courriel de correction (voir point 1). Le jour du déménagement, le déménageur est revenu sur sa parole prétextant que nous n'en avions jamais discuté...Nous avons du trouver une solution pour déménager le spa le jour même....
3 - Le jour du déménagement, 4 déménageurs ont été conclus au contrat, au final, 1 des 4 a passé plus de temps à fumer et boire de la boisson énergisante que travailler, j'ai du questionner l'un d'entre eux pour leur signifier qu'il avait disparu a un moment de la journée....
4 - Le jour du déménagement, ancien domicile laissé très sale !!!
5 - Le jour du déménagement, bris par les déménageurs d'une porte de garde robe, photo prise par l'un d'entre eux et moi même, aucune nouvelles quant à un geste commercial, et encore moins au moment de payer le solde à l'issue de la journée de déménagement.
6 - Conclusion : Avons payé un prix très élevé pour 4 déménageurs, alors que 3 ont travaillé seulement. Journée de travail étirée jusqu'en pm alors que très clairement, le tout pouvait être fait dans une demi journée L'ancien domicile bon à nettoyer de A à Z. Aucun suivi en lien avec le bris....

Nous avions choisi ce déménageur afin de pouvoir entreposer nos meubles pendant un mois (délai entre nos deux maisons).
Ce qui devait se passer : en vidant la maison, les meubles étaient directement mis dans plusieurs conteneurs de bois situés à l’intérieur du camion. Ces conteneurs étaient ensuite entreposés tels quels dans leur entrepôt afin de pouvoir nous les livrer un mois plus tard.
Ce qui s’est réellement passé : ils ont vidés les conteneurs et nous ont livrés nos meubles en vrac. Résultat : le réfrigérateur de stainless bossé, des pattes de meubles arrachés, une vitre cassée (porte coulissante d’un bureau de travail), et un contenant pleins de vis et de boulons perdu (servant à monter notre lit King size, le tapis roulant, et le miroir d’une antiquité).
Nous sommes déçus du service. Le miroir de l’antiquité était fixé par des vis spéciales que nous ne sommes plus en mesure de retrouver, ce qui en affecte la valeur.
Nous ne recommandons pas cette compagnie.
