Zero consideration of cargo they are moving. Completely destroyed my shipment, dropped it several times, the crate was it pieces along with the stone inside. They stack things they shouldn't, no care during handling even when CLEARLY labeled FRAGILE. Not sure if they know how to use equipment, fork marks broken through crate, piling skids that can't handle weight of crate...I don't even know what else to say just wow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS wish I knew how to post pictures here.

I had a shipment and hired OOCL logistics to move from the dock inside the Montreal Port to outside warehouse after the end of strike and they are very professional and fast to remove from there. It took only one day for them to delivery and the price is cheap and in fact it was the only company that answer to us and quote to remove from the dock. Thanks to Leo, Nick, Renzo and all the OOCL Logistics team involved
