    Eduardo Soriano very unprofessional broker!!! We're booking load and Eduardo Soriano canceled load when truck was loaded at Friday 1pm!! And I saw same load on a board DAT same minutes!! I wish you Eduardo Soriano unprofessional Carrier like you at Friday afternoon!!!

    I find that the best drivers are never in the lounge complaining in an excho chamber. I find that the best drivers are on the road making money.

    I've driven for a few different companies but what stood out about Navajo at this point in my career was how upfront and honest they were right off the bat. Everything my recruiter told me held up right through orientation, during paper work and on the road.
    Even on a lazy day it's easy to get close to 500 miles a day with 450 in one day if I'm not laying the hammer to my throttle.
    There fleet isn't fresh from the show room, but that isn't a deal breaker for me when the miles are there, and management treats me like a human being rather than a truck number.
    Haven't had any issues with many breakdowns so I can't speak honestly about their breakdown dept.
    Everyone is a treat to talk to back at the Denver yard, any issues I've had with sitting has been a shipper/receiver problem and not a Navajo problem.
    Dispatch is a treat to communicate with and I personally haven't had any issues.
    Trucking is trucking, and Navajo doesn't add to any of the problems associated with it.

    Overall an honest company and easy for me to work for. It's easy for me to deliver on time when I driver for a company worth working for.

    Everyone issued a motor vehicle license has and should expect professional drivers to apply a higher standard of courtesy, at bare minimum. This recent experience with an unprofessional and disrespectful semi truck driver does NOT implicate all Navajo Transportation employees/drivers, but, it does bring attention to the lower standards of professionalism they have to tolerate. We can all do better by learning from the a select few.

    Booked load on 3 days in advance to pickup load on a Friday. Nathan emailed us on Friday informing us load was cancelled and refused to pay TONU. He stated Navajo docent pay TONU and hung up phone. DO NOT work with unless you want load to get cancelled a couple of hours before pickup.

    This is worst company to pull a load for. They outright lied to me; and I have the rate con to back it up. After running hard to get here at 2 am for a 10am appointment. I was told at the guard shack that my appointment was for 9 pm. I will never pull another load for them. Bold face liar. Tried to call them 8 times today and emailed them 3 times and still no answer

    Broker Jorge Rodriguez, 0 stars for this company, I have booked load from this broker and they scheduled for delivery as well but when we arrived at the receiver at appointment time 12:15 p.m. , they told us we have appointment next day at 4:00 a.m.
    I tried to call the broker but they don't have any after-hours. And my driver stucked there.

    If I could rate this company in the negatives I would. Never again working with them. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and don't care about the drivers. They are very hard to get to answer the. Phone and when they do they send you to a number that doesn't answer. Nothing but lies. Waited all week to unload a load because they didn't make an appointment and now they aren't answering me about extra pay. Booked the load on Monday and didnt off load till Friday.

    I'm 50 something and had several jobs in my life. In my opinion Navajo is the most crooked company I've ever worked for. I wouldn't advise anyone to apply for a job here. I've since moved on after almost 4 years. Don't trust anything they tell you.

    We hauled a load and requested detention at the receiver for 5 hours, sent email with POD. Long story short not one single email has been responded to ever since we delivered the load. Have only been able to get them on the phone twice to which they have been extremely rude because we are requesting detention and both times have tranferred us to 3-4 people that keep us on hold and are all extremely rude and keep transferring us around. Everytime we got transferred there would be a long wait for another person to answer the phone.
    We have dealt with rude brokers but NAVAJO tops them all. No decensy at all which makes sense why they have so many neg reviews. Just another big carrier/broker that doesnt care about the lil guys because they know no matter how many neg reviews they have people will still work with them.

    Will not give our business to these people!

    I will not work for this company again they don't pay detention I was stuck with a load at the receiver for 12 hrs they pay $150 for those 12 hrs is like slap in the face they are a trucking co. But they treat Carrier with no respect . Please be sure it doesn't happen to you guys .

    It's impossible tht this company has more than 1 star. It is a fraudulent company. U have to beg to get to a broker on the phone. Super rude. A simple issue will take days to be resolved. Any trucker picking up for this company is sure to be disappointed

    This company deserves negative stars if there were any!!! Book with them only if you don’t want to get paid. The worst customer service anyone can ever provide - The way they communicate with their carriers, they should be at Karen’s diner (even they are better).
    They would hung up on your face and won’t pick up your call the second time!!

    DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH NON-PAYMENT - AVOID NAVAJO! WI to MD was booked on12/30/2021. On 1/3/2022 after 12 hrs at the receiver in MD, the driver ended up with an overage, 1 pallet of rice that shipped in error. The broker sent the same delivery # RA75074071. The driver had to take the pallet to PA. That number didn’t work – it had to contain time-date-5digit number. Tried to unload for 2 days driver left to our yard in IN. Our claims manager was trying to get in touch with Navajo since 1/4/2022 - she couldn’t get anybody on the phone. All emails were ignored too. On 1/6/2022 it becomes evident that Steve wasn’t aware that the pallet wasn’t delivered. We kept it in the running reefer for 5 days. This unprofessional behavior demonstrated by Steve robbed our driver of his weekly income - his actions left a driver without his reefer during one of the busiest weeks of the year. On 1/7 having warned Navajo in advance, we disposed of the product. Per instructions on BOLs we had to report overage to the shipper, which we did. Freight claim was filed on 01/Mar/2022. Total claim amount is $615. On 4/15/2022 we were notified that we won’t be paid $7000 for line haul. They never contacted our claims manager - we were informed by the factoring company that the invoice was “zeroed out”.

    I will never work with this company again; the broker Mathew Moss was the worst broker I have ever dealt with in my trucking history. He told me to deliver this load at Friday midnight, but customer does not work during weekends. Now I'm stuck here and will not be able to get unload it until Monday. I call a customer service and lady named Susan promised to call me back never happened.

    If you are going to deal with Navajo as a freight broker, avoid them at all costs. Non payment, unprofessional brokers, if you have an issue with a load, your broker will ignore you. Escalated to upper mgmt (who helped me in the past), now being ignored by them also. I have 4 outstanding issues with Navajo (with proof of all 4) that I have been trying to get resolved since early April. I am being ignored. Next step, small claims court.

    Very unprofessional and disrespectful towards carriers and drivers. Boked the load, on time pick up, on time delivery. Driver spent 14 hours at the delivery and from the point we advised we have problem getting offloaded they stopped communicating. To make things worse they keep rejecting our phone calls. Unfortunate for this business overall,. Dishonest business conduct from their brokers / agents and far more worrying is that it is not surprise at all.

    Now he's ghosting me and lying about sending a revised rate con to cover for layover fees.

    We sent two trucks to this facility 3/22/2022. The loads were cancelled, We were promised 2 TONUS however our brokers Zachary Mathis and Omar Cruz stopped answering and responding to emails. Please do not work for this company. We have been waiting a month with no TONUs and we wasted gas and time going to this facility.

    The worst company to deal with and the broker Nathan Williams is also very bad when you need it does not answer your call and the appointments sent to the driver are all non-conforming. This makes you wait for long hours losing your time and money.. Boycott this company and this is what I will definitely do and the company’s general evaluation is ( -100).

    Very bad company and the broker Nathan Williams is rubbish, and when you call the broker or the company, no one responds, even if they respond, and they do not provide you with any help, just false promises, and the appointments sent by them for loading or unloading are all wrong and not in accordance with the customer’s appointments. I will not deal with them in the future and I advise not to deal with this very bad company. If I could give them a negative evaluation, I would do so without hesitation.

    DO NOT book a load with Nicole Fongemie!! When our load was booked it was never stated that our driver would have to unload himself. When the driver was informed by Aldi that they would not unload him due to liability reason she was contacted and told that there would be a 50.00 charge for the three stops. She told us she would get back to us with a new rate com but never did. Then we reach out to her again she hung up on my my associate. We have tried to reach a manager about the issue but are unable to get anyone on the phone. This is not the way to do business with people. And this is also why brokers get a bad get a rep of being shady!
    We will never run a load for them again!!
    If there was a option to give them a negative review, it would be a -5.
    Avoid this brokerage at all cost!

    I really wish I could give a Negative star or 0. Communication is absolutely atrocious and borderline non existent! I've been trying for weeks to get ahold of them for a detention now with no response. When I do FINALLY get someone to answer the phone, they transfer me in the MIDDLE of a sentence to a voice mail. I would advise to NOT do business with this company!

    Wish I'd read the reviews before booking with them because they clearly show a pattern of how poorly they treat their partner carriers.An appalling one.
    Booked a load with Mr Steven Castillo.Deadheaded about 200 miles to pick and to our surprise there was no load(shipper was unreachable over the phone but that's not uncommon). Called dispatch and the broker and emailed tracking and the broker numerous times with no answer until the shipper told us to leave their property(4 hrs later). The only call we got from them was on Monday to see if the load delivered and the moment they heard the word TONU they hung up the phone.A month later still no TONU.We called over 50 times only to be transferred to various extensions where we left voicemails, a significant amount of emails.We emailed his manager Mr. Matt Yasowsky and left VM but that didn't seem to make a difference.When we were finally able to get him on the phone he transferred us to the VM of the broker.(because after 20 unanswered voicemails and emails the 21st one will certainly get him to act).No luck getting him back on the phone yet.Our owner is trying to get a hold of Mr. Bodine or Mr. Digby maybe one of them will do the right thing.We'll see and update then.
    Free advice.Only book a load if they also send you a confirmation email agreeing to invoice them for a TONU of $300-450 the situation if the load isn't there.

We ended up without a load on Friday in a bad area, they stopped picking up the phone, they did not give us any TONU or any explanation. 3 days after they are still not picking up the phone.

    This location is an absolute joke. I have never had a delivery arrive on schedule, and there is always an "excuse" as to why. The communication is horrible, there is absolutely no follow through, and the customer service is almost non-existent. The company as a whole is good, and the SLC location is the absolute BEST. Seems like the Denver location could use some training, or new personnel. I've tried to be patient for dozens of loads, but it is to the point that it's almost comical how bad it is.

    Time for somebody at this location to step up and get some organization going, or get somebody hired to take over that cares!!!

    I will never work with this company again, the broker Jorge Rodriguez was the worst broker I have ever dealt with in my trucking history. He literally only communicated with me once he booked the load and got ghost on me. He told us that our delivery appointment was at 12 noon and also put it on the rate sheet, but once we got to the delivery it was said to be at 7pm. We tried to communicate with him but he ignored 10 emails trying to get in touch with him and never answered the phone. This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with! You can’t get anybody on the phone or anybody to get in touch with him. I couldn’t even get my load verified from my factoring company because he ignored them also. Jorge Rodriguez is the worst broker ever please do not book with him ever! I will continue to reach out until he gets some type of discipline for the terrible job he has done . NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY because of him. The other reps were nice and could not even get in touch with him.

    Trucking companies should stay away from hauling any loads for them because the delivery date will be a different day than what they have on the ratecon. when you need them to explain what happened they don’t answer their phones or reply emails they need to get reported to the better business bureau for bad business.

    Booked a load in Pleasant Prairie WI at a Niagra facility. Showed up on time and after waiting for over 4hr was told the load isn't there. Their broker Eduardo Soriano's phone on the ratecon doesn't work and he refuses to respond to email to get us a TONU. Total TRASH; they need better reign of their brokers

    Do not ever work with broker Jorge Rodriguez!!! He lies about appts, no communication at all, rude. He sold a load assuring us about morning delivery despite it was at late afternoon. No compensation. His manager Mac Moss justified it saying "things happen". 0 respect to carriers and drivers. Will never ever take their loads.

    Sometimes its good brokers who replying and helping carriers with the issues during the trip but this time, no answers on the phone emails reply one in 1,5 hours. Bad communication
    Layovers $150 not to $250 like all the companies do. My load was delivered in the morning but the real appointment was next day at night. We find out this once arrive. Nothing like a fuel surcharge can be approved as well

    After reading these reviews I was a little taken back, but I decided to go ahead, trust them and booked the load with agent Sherrell Walker. The details were precise, agent was very fast on answering her emails, and the load went without a problem. Sometimes you have to follow your instinct and in this case it proved true, I will gladly be working more with Sherrell.

    I worked with Sherrell Walker on a load going from Kansas City to PA and she was amazing, very clear on the instructions and willing to ask the receiver to hold open for just a little bit longer so we could deliver successfully. Amazing team and great value from Sherrell!

    They fired me for a minor accident honestly though I’m glad they did cause the pay here is way to low for someone to support there family there top pay is like 46 cents a mile after 3 years like get real there’s companies that start at 46 cent a mile with no experience I know living Out west ain’t cheap but honestly this place will never keep drivers until they bump there pay up.. most drivers will stay at between 45-50 cent but below 45 the turnover rate will always be a factor I don’t even know how they stay in business this place is crooked and will eventually either go out of business or will never get ahead financially honestly they been begging for me to come back but I would not come back unless I was offered atlesst 50 cent the people there are extremely nice. I just don’t think the pay is nice if you know what I mean 35 cent won’t even pay some peoples light bills car payments or anything really anyway don’t go here unless you absolutely have too I think they and may trucking are two of the lowest paying companies out west may and Navajo need to team up to get a better pay percentage per mile otherwise both companies are never going to get ahead and constantly lose money and time is wasted on drivers I don’t recommend neither companies. If a company doesn’t offer you attest 42-44 cents per mile i Would apply some where both companies pay 35 I never worked for may but I did research on may an there basically brothers navajo is 35 so is may 35 as well anyway that is all

    AVOID THIS BROKER AT ALL COST! I cant believe that they are forgetting that drivers keep America running by providing this broker and all other food to their table. So when a driver get sick from COVID and tested positive instead of understanding the situation they look they other way and ignore it like its nothing and they threaten the carrier with freightguard and actually doing it instead of looking for solution to resolve it. That broker that did that needs to be terminated asap!! Sharing this with all the carriers to not book loads with them!!!

    Very hard to deal with,
    driver got sick with Covid and we couldn't do their load, We offered to cover the difference if they ended up re-covering the load with another carrier for more money, we offered the covid test results, we offered the logbooks for this driver so they see that he really wasnt driving but sitting at home, in isolation! But instead, Sherrel Walker started yalling and cursing at us when we called to let her know, and she put a freightguard report on us!
    Very rude, Very unprofessional, PLEASE Stay away from Navajo and save yourself from trouble.
    I mean, look at their Google reviews and their rating!
    I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general and BBB for not professional behavior.
    I also found a lawyer that can help with the freightguard.
    I called and I kept getting transferred to different ppl, and left them a voicemail twice and sent Sherrel an email trying to resolve the issue without doing this, but again, no call or email back.

    12/21: They are nice to you, at first...Recruiting, Orientation. But once they put you with their Driver Trainers...Uh oh, Watch out. I would say they are not "Qualified" Trainers...they are only Navajo Trainers.
    My 1st Driver Trainer did not want to make time for me to take a shower. But he can make time for himself to take a shower at his home.
