We used Maina to ship household items to South Africa and the entire process went so smoothly and was priced so affordably. Ryan Rai was our point of contact and he went out of his way to make the process as stress free as possible. He was professional and didn’t need to be chased for things which was such a relief, because there were lots of other things to do and I was grateful that this was just being taken care of. Can’t recommend Maina logistics enough, my company has used Maina for over 3 years for all over import and export needs. Not only is the delivery smooth, there’s never any quality control issues or delays, whether I need a parcel imported from China or a cargo shipment to Kenya etc. The customer service is personal and the team is there to answer any queries or deal with any issues ASAP, so much more personalised compared to FedEx/DHL etc!

I shipped a container eith a car and other stuff for the first time. The agent Ryan Rai was so informative from the start and guided me through the process. He also agreed to a competitive price. He inspired confidence. Also liked that they could arrange for the QISJ car inspection in their depot - it was more convenient. I could also load the container at their depot in Southall, which again was much more convenient as I live in West London. I would definitely recommend them.

I am having a similar problem with them was recommended by someone but the service to Kenya has been rubbish and expensive, for your peace of mind use someone else. Will not touch them with a barge pole.

This has to be the worst experience ever dealing with a courier company, AVOID, they promised to charge by KG when goods arrive they decide is CBM, this is not a problem if you advise in advance. The next promise will take four days but ends p taking more than a week. Telephone manners non existent the person who you are supposed to speak to is always in the warehouse, in a meeting or with a client as soon as they take your money that is it.
