    Worst customer service. I don't know why nagrerenew parin sainyo si Lazada. Napakairesponsable nyo! More than 1 week na yung parcel hindi parin pinipick up! And they don't care about it! You are the worst. 0 star dapat!

    3 MONTHS AGO I RATED 1 STAR HERE.. DAHIL SA UMAABOT SILA NG 7-10 DAYS BEFORE MAG PICK UP NG LAZADA ORDER, WORST THING ILANG BESES NA AKONG NA CANCELAN NG ORDERS AT NAPENALIZED NG HINDI KO KASALANAN..BUT I WANT TO CHANGE MY RATING FROM 1-5 STAR , ITS BEEN 1 MONTH SINCE MAY NAG APPEAR NA NUMBER SA VIBER KO NAMED KUEHNE & NAGEL (HULOG NG LANGIT- DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE NLA.. SUPER EASY MAG FOLLOW UP NG PICK UP THEY WILL ALSO GIVE THE RIDERS NUMBER NA NAKA ASSIGN SAYO THAT DAY MABILIS DIN MAG REPLY INFAIRNES.. KEEP IT UP ! MARAMING SALAMAT

    o im about to review kung may negative star yun ang i rarate ko sa K+N na to , true sira bus mo pag ito ang partner mo. i hope lazada will come out for a better solution . nagulat ako ang laking coy nito pero bakit ganito service ? parang na Covid ? daig pa ang required ng gob sa days na pag isolate .WINNER KAYO.
    ay sorry hindi iyan 1 star ha .. di mo lang ma sesend pag di ka ng tick ng star ..it should be negative star.

    Dapat sa kanila 0 star almost 1 week di napickup item ko sa Lazada, pagkadeliver tuloy sa buyer ni reject na at kinancel kase sobrang tagal na magpickup lagi lumalabas sa system ay out of capacity vehicle, sana matanggal na kayo sa lazada, pinapatanggal ko narin kayo sa store ko. Pakiayos naman ang serbisyo nyo. Kung di nyo kaya maraming order wag na kayo tumanggap ng di kayo nakakaperwisyo!

    Worst!! 7-10days before they pick up your order in Lazada, they dont have system in picking, Come on its 2021 yet you are using paper in pick up??

    Lazada should remove this courier. Very lame management. Dont excuse the covid situation because your service was poor even before pandemic.

    Delayed pickup from the lazada seller and took forever in their warehouse.

    My lazada delivery was never delivered as of this moment.
    It has been 3months on their warehouse.

    Same as other reviews, they have too much delays on pick up with lazada sellers. Very poor service. I hope Lazada will change the courier assigned to us. Or hoping for a better service from them
    If they improve their service I might revisit the negative review I have posted here.
