I book a load 1 hour ago.. they said it is a good load but they never send the confirmation. I did call 5 more times and the answer was give us 2 more minutes. i this 1 hour they re post the load 3 more times looking for cheaper truck, so watch out when you book loads with Set. I will not use them on any other loads.. its just losing time

if there was a 0 stars I'd give it to these guys. the carrier sales representatives are liars, unprofessional, scammers, thieves, they tell you one thing over the phone, and then they send confirmations with different things, when they want to screw you, they deduct money because of a "macropoint agreement" they make you signs when you are setting up the packet. typical brokerages that just want to take advantage of the carriers. NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT. such a shame that a big company in WY is getting its reputation to the ground because of the terrible people they hire in TN to do dispatch.

I had used these guys many times in the past, and usually had no problem. I recently had a huge problem, however. The driver drove right through and past the city where he was supposed to deliver, then had to turn around and come back many hours later. This caused big issues with my customer and the rigging team they had hired. I get that mistakes happen, but then the dispatch told us that the driver NEVER went through the town, he was rerouted hundreds of miles out of the way on purpose? LIes! Not only that, dispatch had him pick up another load en route and in doing so damaged my property. Their insurance reluctantly covered the damage, but they had NO problem with the lies and deceptions. They just don't care, and lose no sleep over lack of ethics. AVOID THEM!

They lie just like everyone else says they do. They tell you to fill out a packet. Then they tell you they will send the rate confirmation and when you call them to ask where the rate confirmation is they tell you it is no longer good to go even though they send you an email 20 min earlier saying that you ARE good to go. Took a load from Jeff Chauvin on 9-4-18.
He sent the new carrier packet to fill out. Filled it out, sent it back.
Called about an hour and half later asking about the rate con. He said they had gave the load to someone else.
His reason was we didn't fill out the tire repair authorization, that is for pulling chassis' out of ports, WE DON'T DO THAT. And he couldnt get ahold of the insurance agent @ 6:40 am for an insurance vert, I sent him one with the packet. Do business with them at your own risk!
