    My overall experience with Golden Jet was to say the least, a nightmare. The lady that was supposed to help in obtaining our air cargo from the airport was very rude and aggressive in her tone. She did not provide clear instructions on the full step process to clear and receive the air cargo shipment from the designated warehouse. She spoke to me more like a vendor rather than a customer. She needs to understand how to properly communicate with customers. Especially due to the fact that I had to go back to the warehouse after leaving as the driver could not wait 10 minutes and had to get an ear full of negative feedback from this same agent on the phone while stuck in traffic. I had to do all the work, without any assistance whatsoever from GJ. All they had to do was pick up the shipment and deliver which was delivered 1.5 hours late to my home. Please talk and explain to customers that are new to the country or new to freight and logistics and treat them with respect. Any business needs to be customer centric not the other way around.
