Started off quite stressful as the van that had my cargo broke down and I was not informed till I had to email them one hour after expected delivery time. However Olivia did her best to get this to me the next day at my required time. I was initially gonna be charged an extra 20 pounds but this was waved as I expressed that it was not my fault. This was a bit of a shame as I should not have been charged whatsoever for something that was not my fault. Anyway as I mentioned it was waved off and I did end up receiving my delivery the next day. Not sure if they prices are a bit higher as some of my other friends paid under 200 pounds for their cargo and home delivery. But you pay for your peace of mind I guess.

I used Frontier Forwarding to import my motorcycle from America to the UK.
These guys was fantastic this was my first time doing any kind of imports and as a team Frontier talked me through everything step by step. Prices was great, would really recommend especially if your importing for the first time.

Highly recommend Frontier... Imported my motorcycle and personal effects from New York hassle free, Frontier helped every step of the way from the crating to final delivery point in UK. 5* service!!

Frontier Forwarding were very approachable and easy to do business with. They customs-cleared and delivered my package the next day after they were engaged.

It was a bit disappointing that I had to pay an additional £50 for a second delivery man (on top of initial handling fee and delivery fee) especially since the weight of the package was known at the time of the original invoice. I was also still expected to provide man-power to help unload the package. I might have expected a courier to have on-hand sufficient equipment/man-power to deal with heavy packages.

Aside from that, a good service!

Brilliant service from the moment I called Frontier Forwarding. I had used another company previously for importing the same goods and it took far too long, and the customer service staff didn't seem to ever know what was going on. The process was completely different with Frontier Forwarding, the goods were cleared through Customs without a problem and my goods were delivered to me before I expected. First class service and I will always use them again in the future.

Frontier Forwarding did a fantastic job of delivering our time sensitive, computer equipment delivery from the UK to a German Data Centre.
I have no problem in recommending them to anyone, fantastic service great company will us them again!!.
