I used to ship through other carriers to the Philippines only to be cleaned out every time. Items of clothing, sundries, stolen and the box damaged and barely taped back up. But now using Forex, I have never had an issue. All the boxes I have sent so far ( about 10 now) have arrived intact and sealed still . they were not rummaged through by customs thieves and port workers. I have traveled to Olongapo to even meet one of the boxes I sent prior to my trip and seen the end results of the shipment. Box is banged up from loading and unloading I presume. But its not torn , ripped open, nor tape has come off or been cut. Valuable items were shipped and they made it safely. I'm extremely pleased with the service so far and will continue to use them with confidence. One advice though, is use good quality tape like fiber strapping tape. Do not use duct tape or the cheap package tape. They come apart in shipment and that's when your stuff gets stolen.

What's wrong with you guys? First the package is damaged then things get stolen and now you don't want to take responsibility? Wth?! Stop getting defensive and take responsibility for the stolen things in my package!!! Not cool!

Im any older guy and I live in Boulder city which is outside thier pick up zone. Which was all fine and good until they stopped letting regular costumes use the bathroom. Please note the stopped!!!! Well recently i was forced to pee in the ally because they refused to let me use the bathroom,like i said im older and the time is about an hour and a half
