We recently received a Container from The Netherlands to Quebec City and without Leon Parent we wouldn't have managed. Leon was 'there' for us, from pre- arrival of goods until delivery, pro-active; keeping us well-informed throughout the different steps, reducing inevitable stress and always instantly reachable, for us and customs agents! In today's more impersonal world, it was so reassuring to have Leon at the other end of the telephone or email and we can't thank him enough for everything he facilitated for us. I have to give credit where credit is due. Fast Freight Forwarding, definitely gets my five star rating. I currently reside in the United States, (California) I had a valuable package that was pretty much stuck in Canada. Not having anyone that I know in Canada, family, or friends. I reached out to Fast Freight Forwarding. The employee that I spoke with, assured me that they could help to get my package shipped to me. I gave them the address where the package was, and they immediately set into motion, retaining the proper paper work, and personally drove out to the location of my "fairly large" parcel, picked it up, and drove it back to their facility where they could label it correctly, and get it shipped out to me in the U.S. I was really worried about how I was going to get my package to me.
