Ignorant unhelpful useless bunch of waisters

Very poor communication & response times - I had to chase them a number of times to get status updates as to where our delivery to a client was - luckily I did as was held up in US customs which if not relayed back to client would have reflected badly on us as a company to an important client.

Excellent service at a great price I dealt with a man called Sebastian and he was more than helpful when it came to shipping my parcel to Australia I would highly recommend them.
