Not giving accurate dates for the shipping delivery. They have given me 3 dates till now and till date i don't know when will the shipment arrive to Dubai.

Terrible service. They lost our things and made no effort to find them. After four months of failed investigations (I doubt about it) they just stopped responding to us. By far the worst decision we have made was to trust our belongings to them.

Easy Move KW is unprofessional and unreliable. Stay away! We trusted them to move our belongings to the States last summer by paying A LOT. After 5 months, they delivered most of our things but lost some important items. They claimed no responsibility for the loss putting the blame on the different ports!!! All though it was door to door delivery. They had no control of the move whatsoever. Easy Move KW refused to reimburse us claiming that we needed to pay higher insurance. We paid insurance for any damage in electronics but not for losing them as they now tell us. I'm sad for trusting them. Beware of them.

Wow 2:30 hours only to move the house, it’s was really so much perfect.The guys so much friendly, fast & professional. All furniture received & assembled in a perfect condition. Thanks a lot it was very good experience & i will always recommend your company for anyone’s i know.

They dont inform you well bcs they are not aware of whole process. Many times I asked are they safely carrying computers. They said they are doing this all the time then 2 laptop of mine dead bcs of heat. When you remind this they bring contract and say we dont transfer computers. Dont use this guys.

The worst company I ever worked with . They doubled the price after taking my things so I didn’t have choice then to pay. Super expensive! They said 4 days shipping it took one months . Some of the things arrived broken some of the things I never received. When I asked to take them back they charge me again . I’m very very disappointed. This is the last thing that you need when you’re moving from one country to another. Extra stress, not professional and very rude . Shame on you !

This is the most professional moving company I have ever experienced, from start to booking right through to the move. Extremely friendly staff and very professional. Very bad experience with easy move : I contacted them and send them pictures of my boxes I needed to move and they send me a proposal for 150kg ( it’s the weight they probably estimate when they saw the pictures I sent ) I paid 450kd ( 1500$) after 3 days they collected my boxes they sent me a email telling that the price should be based on volume weight so they asked me to pay extra 750kd ( 2500$) and of course I refused cause I told them “ why you didn’t send me a proposal based on the volume weight ?! “ and I got other proposal from other’s company , it would cost 550kd based on volume weight. So I ask them to cancel everything. But the manager called me back and they tried to negotiate I finally paid extra 330kd .. after 3 weeks I received 14 of my boxes so still 3 are missing and a lot of things inside are broken ..

One of the best moving experience I ever had. Starting form the administrative team, they provide the whole information you require, adjust the prices and explain in detail what the service includes. Reyna has been super helpful and friendly. The staff that reached to my home was professional, with good manners, organized and super efficient. I highly recommend this company.

I moved a piano from to my place and I'm very satisfied of all the procedures the company took to insure the safety of my piano. They were careful with it and there was enough manpower to move it easily and quickly.

I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the movers. They were a team of five and a coordinator who really were very seasoned and new exactly what to do and even upon arrival to the space they unpacked with precision and also broke down the boxes and were gone. They arrived at 1330 and I was unpacked in my new apartment by 1535.

This company has wasted my time to agree on shipping my items to a local storage. Their agent doesn't understand most of my talk that I had to repeat to her many times to make sure she understood. For four consecutive days of requesting to send their agent to give me an exact cost of my move, they ended up the moving process suddenly.

Their staff can ignore you phone calls as it seems there is only person handling these calls.

Thank god I have time to search for other companies, otherwise I have to pay extra leasing and reschedule my family tickets.

I tried their full service and it was beyond awful. Very inconvenient and they moved my items over 3 days. They at first dumped my furniture in the new house and damaged the floors.
Added to that, they didn’t return things where they were and claimed that this it the service they provide. Instead of making the moving an easy process, they just made it more difficult for me than using the conventional transportation/moving companies.
Very unprofessional and I would recommend people use other transport companies as they would be cheaper and would definitely make the moving experience easier and more relaxing.

I tried the full service moving.. it was really perfect, tge workers are very professional and they really know what they are doing in packaging. Uninstalling, installing and assembled staff very well. They really cared about my stuff in moving process. The customer service representative lady was even professional and explained to me the services as well before I accept the job ..
